They never showed up for my appointment. I left a voicemail and still have not heard back.

I hired them to Install Thermostat. After installation I was told that Thermostat was bad. And to call back after new Thermostat is received. I called them for three days after new Thermostat was arrived. This company was recommended to my by Anji. I called Parker and Sons for the same service. They installed the same Thermostat that was supposed to be bad. Cool N Arizona did not know how to wire the Thermostat.

Was able to set up an appointment right way and quickly to solved the problem.

I want to praise Jay from Cool N Arizona for his kindness, promptness,, availability and overall wonderful process replacing my air conditioner. He was my advocate with my home warranty and followed through with every single thing he said he would. Jay and his partner are definitely stand outs in this industry. They are amazing! New thermostat needed setup because of a missing C wire needed to install PEK and they were fantastic. In and out quick and works amazing.

I was so impressed with Jay and his partner Sal. They did an amazing job getting my Ecobee thermostat installed. Price was as quoted with no add-ons. Showed up on schedule. Great customer service in getting me up and running on the Ecobee app. I will be calling them again if I need HVAC service. Thanks guys!!

Wow what a experience. I work at home so I was not able to really be there for the install or available to answer any questions but these guys were amazing! In and out of the house within 30 minutes tops. I paid about $140 and I wish I could give a tip but my system is installed and I am loving being able to control the temperature of my house from my phone. 10 out of 10 all day long these guys rock!
