As always, Mike is professional and honest! The replacement of the capacitors need to be done quickly and he was here the next day, on time and completed the work within a reasonable amount of time.

Mike (owner) is amazing. We visit our son frequently in AZ and for three straight years, the a/c would flood during the monsoon season. My son has a home warranty that he purchases each year but the soonest anyone could come was a week! This same warranty is what he has used each year and each year it is just a temporary fix. He found Mike by asking around at work for someone who was satisfied with their a/c repairs. He called Mike and since Mike was really booked solid he walked my son through the process of how to fix the leak. My son then tried his instructions and got the leak to stop. But as the a/c continued to run, It would drip out from an exposed pipe. He had a bucket that stopped the water from leaking downstairs. My son stilled needed to get it fixed. We decided to make a trip to AZ to help our son with some of the things that needed a repairman. Prior to our departure, I called Mike and he assured me that upon our arrival he would scheduled us in. The moment I stepped foot in my son's condo, I called him and he said he would be there at 8 a.m. on Thursday (8/22). He was true to his word actually he was early. He was very professional and checked the roof and the ceilings for mold damage and gave a thorough check of both the a/c systems. He also told us that the a/c was the top of the line when it was installed and that we shouldn't have problems for a long time. He was personable and reasonably priced. Mike told us that he guarantees his work and if there is another leak that we should call him. Because he was so efficient, cordial, and reasonable in his charges, I told him that I would write a review and place it on Angie's List.
