I had a failed compressor. As a working father I had to pay someone to stay at our house waiting for them to show. They would never give a firm time just sometime between 1:00 & 5:00 PM. I paid a house sitter 2 days (10 hours) as they continued to make appointments to do the service and then would never show. No call. No nothing. Run from these people if you talk to them or see their trucks.

They came out 5-times and the heat pump still did not work properly. We had to call another company to send out another HVAC company and try to fix all the mistakes of Consumer Quality Air. Consumer Quality Air said they had to order manufacture parts from Trane, the other HVAC company said it was not factory parts that they installed, the contractors did not even fit properly on the non-Trane relay switch. The other HVAC company said they had never seen a unit wired like this before. He spent over 4-hrs wiring it properly according to specifications from Trane.

POOR JOB. THEY HAD TO RETURN 4 TIMES TO FIX THE PROBLEMS THAT ALREADY EXISTED THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME OUT. NOT GOOD RESPONSE TIME OR SERVICE.
