I do use them and I say, you know, I'd give them a B. I probably have used them several times since the last review. They are pretty quick at taking care of you if there is a problem. Sometime there is a line you have to wait in. They could be a little bit more attentive to customers needs. Sometimes there are areas that they don't treat and they need to look at those things closer.

Sometimes they don't do a thorough job and we have to call a supervisor to do the extra work and take care of some of the trim work that may not have been cleaned during the initial visit, but overall satisfied with the services.

Although the establishment's facilities are great, the service is inconsistent and the check in people are pushy and their pricing is just as inconsistent as their wash quality. Years ago, they provided the best detailing and wash in town, that I could find. But in the last few years they have gone down hill in both quality and reliability with regard to pricing consistency. I have a coupon book that I will use up then move on to another place.

I like to get oil changes done there, because they do a pretty quick job and always return my car when they say they re going to. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. Their prices are reasonable and their service is good.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB DETAILING THE CAR IN AND OUT. THE ONE DRAWBACK TO GETTING A CAR WASH AT THIS PLACE IS THAT THEY HAVE WINDOW REPLACEMENT ON SIGHT. THEY ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR A WAY TO GET ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND IT IS KIND OF HIGH PRESSURE.
