Shameful company. They start by pretending to offer you a "limited time discount " which one finds to be ongoing as its the only way they can compete with the quality closet installers on the market. After pressuring customers to close and promising 100% satisfaction guarantee, the company fails to deliver quality product. Numerous errors from poor measurements, to constant excuses in ordering material, lack of quality installers ( although we insisted they provide the only one they had and watched as they gave that employee the constant run around ), and finally a subpar job with their only goal to finish the job at whatever cost and be done , was not the experience a customer wants when spending over 16k for closet installation. When I threw in the towel and had them remove their partial install, the owner had no clue how to deal with the issue and customer service aspect. I demanded my overpaid deposit and costs for material they failed to install in other closets and instead the owner responded with court procedures if we didn't pay for his companies errors. Customers need to protect themselves from such company bullying and end this type of behavior. Advice is to pay a little more for a quality company who doesn't deceive you and then require you to take legal action due to their mistakes. Lesson learned heed the advice of other companies in the industry who warn you about such companies, they are not highly regarded in this area. There are plenty of others to choose from that are more reputable.
