Cline's Natural Stone

Still progressing, but, based on my other projects, I expect this will be fabulous!

.We hired Cline's Natural Stone several years ago to clean our tile floors. We were very pleased and we had the company replace all of the flooring with limestone stone and natural wood in 2009. In June of 2010 we had a broken pipe in the kitchen, resulting in a mold problem. I called Wade because the plumbers wanted to cut through the flooring to replace the pipes. He showed up immediately and convinced them not to go through the floor to do the repairs. We opted to do a complete remodel of the kitchen and Wade designed a beautiful new space, making the original floor plan much more functional. Lisa Cline does glass work and she made all of the tiles for the kitchen walls as well as the handles for all of the cabinets. There was a flash flood while Wade and his crew were at the house working on the kitchen. I was at work at the time. We have several sliding doors in the living room and den. As the water started coming into the house, they stopped what they were doing and moved all of the furniture and area rugs out of the path of the water. They cleaned up everything once the water subsided. We had wanted to redo our master bath, but the project was put on hold because of the kitchen. Finally, in January 2011 that project was completed. Again, Wade's ideas were perfect. Lisa's glass work made the space complete. It's hard for me to say which I like more the kitchen or the bathroom!

They were responsive to our needs, on time, very pleasant to work with and did a great job! I will certainly use them again and recommend them to any of my friends.

The kitchen they did costed a little over $40000 and the bathroom was a little over $20000. The owner is very easy to work with. He has great ideas and his wife does glass work. She did all the backsplash and stuff. They are just super nice, easy going and great people to work with. Their employees are all very professional and very polite. They have a key to my house. They drop it anytime and do what they need to do. I would use their services again in the future.

They are doing a great job and we have been very happy with them.

I thought the whole process was the most painful experience in a home remodel. I had spoke with their representative, the owner and they blamed each other for the fall apart on the job. When I originally was trying to get a specific date on the installation, so I could get the plumber her on the same day, I was told, very angrily, .."they will call the day before they come out and that is the best I can do for your scheduling". Anyone knows that you cannot get a plumber on that short of notice. So, the counter top went in yesterday, of course backsplash cut wrong, and no plumber to hook the water up. I would never give them business again, or suggest that you deal with this business.

I think they were very good, they were reasonable and I had called one other company and they wanted around the same price for the imitation granite. When they were finished they left it very nice the way that they cleaned up when they finished. I would definably recommend them because they do great work and my countertops look really nice.

They were very good for me, so I am going to be hiring them again to remodel my bathroom. They were everything that I expected, and they countertops look very nice. There were no mistakes made and they were on schedule with everything. They kept us very informed through the process, and we are happy with them.
