The scheduling was perfect and everything went off as planned. Definitely the first choice for us if we needed something in the future. We are recommending them to our friends.

Description of Work: My air conditioner broke down on the hottest day of the year. We didn't realize it was broken until about 4:30 in the afternoon. When I called Clear Air it was already 10 minutes to five. They apologized profusely about not being able to get to us that evening but they were already booked through 10 PM. They promised to come in the morning by 9:00 - 9:30. At 8:15 the doorbell rang and the air conditioner was fixed by 9:30. It was just one burned out part and he had a replacement part in his truck. They did not try to add any additional services, even when I asked the repair man to check the coolant. This is the second time I have used Clear Air and I highly recommend them.
