Clarke Air Conditioning

This company installed our AC unit. No issues until this year when AC went out. Called Clarke AC but they couldn't help so had a different company make repair. Turns out the wiring was not safely secured when install was done. Wires were left hanging and a high voltage wire was able to rub against a hot copper pipe. The wire protective casing burned through causing an explosion! It burst a hole in the copper pipe and all the freon ran out resulting in over a thousand dollars damage. After explaining to Clarke AC owner, he promised to reimburse for the negligence but it was just another "check is in the mail" and we didn't receive anything. Steer clear of this company. There are too many reputable AC companies out there than to risk working with this one.
