Description of Work: Paint entire house exterior and three interior/exterior doors.

Description of Work: A couple of years ago we saw a home that had been painted extremely uniquely and the homeowner was nice enough to give us the contractor's info. It was so awesome that we saved it. Last year when we had to paint our home and resurface our flat roof we contacted the painter believing that his artistic work would be out of our reach and not affordable but we were so wrong. Cisco, the owner came out almost immediately and reviewed our home and what we were looking to do and then invited us to his showroom in Scottsdale. He was extremely professional and genuinely a really nice guy. After being astounded by his quote to repaint the entire exterior of our home in the paint job we always wanted, we signed a simple word doc for services and eagerly waited for the work to begin. At first Cisco said he wanted half the money up front which we totally expected since he had to go buy paint to get started. When his crew arrived to patch and prepare the home, they were all lovely men who we enjoyed having around our home. Let me tell you, it was August and it was very hot. The crew worked most of the day for a few days patching our home which we heard was well beyond what they had anticipated but Cisco stuck to his quote. The surprise came when we tried to cut him a check and he said "pay me when we are done, if you like it". Hello????????? Are you kidding me? Because the paint job was very artistic as well as extensive, we were anxious and nervous. The crews where there every single morning around 6AM and often finished late in the day when I expected them to take off in the heat of the day. Just when I thought they were done and we were pleased beyond our expectations, one gentleman started faux finishing the patio lids. That was not something we anticipated nor expected but it brought an unbelievable finish to the expert job. The truth is, we couldn't wait to pay Cisco for his work. Cisco was also able to refer us to a hard scape person to add some stone to the exterior and he brought in an architect to design it for us first, submitting sketches for our review. Again, very artistic. When one of the stones on the front fell off earlier this year (it is now August 2011) and that contractor failed to return to fix it (we did not expect it for free) Cisco himself came over one night in the dark with his brother and fixed it himself by the headlights on his car. I seriously wish I had more homes to paint just to use him. He did some extensive repairs inside on our home which is 7 years old and he matched the paint so perfect that we can't see the repair and we know where it is. Again his crew was excellent to have in our home at all times. We have referred him many times and each time his quotes have been very reasonable. We don't always tell people all the details of working with Cisco because we want others to be pleasantly surprised like we were. If you use anyone else, you will have missed an opportunity to make a lifelong friend. Candice Hudson
