+ -1 moreI reached out to Churchill Mortgage at the recommendation of Dave Ramsey. I contacted them on their online web request form. A few days later I received an Email stating that due to their incredibly high business volume (lie), they were going to refer me to one of their local "partners" in the Phoenix area. After doing some further research, and confirmation by a rep themselves, it turns out that Churchill Mortgage isn't even licensed to provide mortgages in the state of Arizona. Their previous comment about being too busy was a load of bunk. This turns out to be yet another "referral network." I think it is incredibly unethicial to advertise in a market that you can provide a product, and then hand you off to someone else. Shadey practice. I will never use them in the future based on this experience.
