+ -1 moreI appreciated the honesty with the comments related to the exterior. I would recommend a larger company with more offerings if you don't have a simple painting job. I was left confused by the refusal to even provide an estimate on the interior work. It was a basic paint job that needed to wait on some kitchen and bath remodeling. I just needed an estimate to know how much to borrow for the whole job.
Description of Work: Passed on providing an estimate for the exterior citing the cracks required a treatment other than regular patching and paint. Similarly passed on interior work citing fear that there would be too much confusion with other planned improvements. I have since received many other estimates from much more professional companies.

+ -1 moreGAVE VERY HIGH ESTIMATE. TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE 10 DAYS TO PAINT EXTERIOR OF HOUSE AND CARPORT. DID NOT OFFER GUARANTEE AND WANTED TO PAINT DIFFERENT COLORS THAN WE WANTED. DID NOT HIRE THIS PAINTER.

+ -1 moreWE HAD SEVERAL BIDS OTHER THAN CHEKNAS, AND HE CAME IN THE LOWEST. HE WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEANED UP WELL AFTER HIMSELF. HE FINISHED THE JOB A DAY SOONER THAN HE THOUGHT HE WOULD. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: PAINTED THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOUSE (A ONE STORY BRICK HOME, ABOUT 1023 SQ. FT.) WITH PRIMER AND TWO COATS.
