Description of Work: Our Air conditioning unit was not working and the temperature was 112. We had used Chas Roberts for 12years and paid extra for 24 hour emergency service. We had to wait 2 1/2 days for an attic fan which we were told they did not have in stock. We called on the 3rd day and were promised service. We had to call 6 times before someone came. The technician finally arrived at 11 pm. We sent an email to Chas Roberts detailing our complaints and never received a response. We have since signed with a new company and will have them replace our current HVAC unit. Chas Roberts missed out on a $12,000 profit because of their poor and unprofessional service.

Description of Work: They provide routine maintenance for our HVAC unit. We have an annual maintenance agreement where they come out twice a year. I would like having the same requested technician be able to come out each time. The service is good but on the higher pricing end.

INSTALLATION OF UNIT WAS VERY "COOKIE-CUTTER". COOLING PROBLEMS WERE ADDRESSED, BUT NOT FIXED DUE TO SUPPOSED "DESIGN" ISSUES WITH HOME BUILDER. MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT WAS EXPENSIVE, SO WE OPTED TO GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. WE HAVE RECEIVED MUCH BETTER SERVICE AS A RESULT.
