 + -1 moreDALTON ADEQUATELY PERFORMED THE WORK NECESSARY TO INSTALL THE HEAT PUMP AND DUCT WORK. THEY DISCUSSED WITH ME THE DESIGN OF THE DUCTS AND VENTING WHICH GAVE ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE CHANGES. HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH ME REGARDING THE THERMOSTAT I WANTED. THEY JUST INSTALLED THE BASIC MODEL AND DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS ABOUT UPGRADING TO A BETTER MODEL EVEN THOUGH I WAS GOING TO PAY THE PRICE DIFFERENCE.
Description of Work: DESIGNED DUCT WORK AND ALL CEILING VENTS, AND INSTALLED A HEAT PUMP ON A 750 SQ FT ROOM ADDITION.
