+ -1 moreI take my car for servicing there. They actually do a good job and they don’t rip me off. He checks my car out really well. He is a specific guy and he has a polish last name, but he is a service representative there.
Description of Work: They typically do my oil change, check my car out, fixed my air conditioning, replaced my tires.

+ -1 moreWe didn't have the work done at chapman bmw and the a/c is blowing cold with the existing compressor and clutch.
Description of Work: Chapman BMW checked out our a/c problem and diagnosis was $4000 worth of compressor and clutch. This was our 2nd opinion on the a/c and we had told them the first diagnosis was electrical the compressor was fine. We got a third opinion and confirmed the electrical problem. Lies, lies lies. I will never set foot in an Chapman dealership.

+ -1 moreThey did not have to do anything to fix the check engine sensor light. We found the passenger seat light bulb was very expensive so we did not repair it. We just did regular maintenance. In the beginning the staff was friendly but the problem was they were not honest. They charged us too much for tires, which I found for much less money at a tire center. They were really good and quick.
Description of Work: I used Chapman BMW to check the service engine sensor dashboard trouble light. They also checked a light bulb by the front passenger seat.

+ -1 moreI have owned many upscale cars and visited many dealerships. BMW on Camelback provide an excellent service. I feel they are very honest with me and always perform an excellent job. They are a bit pricey, but not much more (and in some cases less) than other shops around. Also who used to be my service guy (Rob) is not with them anymore. The last person who attended me was ok - but Rob was the best! Let's see how it goes from now on.
Description of Work: I have been taking my car for service at this place for over 5 years now, even though there is another service center much closer to my house.

+ -1 moreI am not sure what it takes to get a call returned from this dealership. You would think that after spending $45,000 on a new car, you'd see at least a small amount or attempt at providing customer service.
Description of Work: This dealership has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced while purchasing a car. I had a major concern regarding the new car I had just purchased and spoke to a manager who promised to look into it and get back to me. After waiting 2 weeks, I called and left him another message. I waited another 2 weeks and still never got a call back! I then proceeded to call the General Manager of the dealership and left a very detailed message outlining my concerns and he never called me back either! I finally resorted to emailing BMW North America and am now waiting for type of response from them.

Which I consider that to be very professional. My experience with the dealership has always been great. The people are very nice and professional.
Description of Work: This dealership replaced my battery and repaired some mechanism on my 2003 325i BMW. I have it under warranty, so I was not charged.
