We were selling our house in Scottsdale and the buyers inspector provided photographs of 3 roof tiles needing to be caulked or replaced. Steve came out the next day and evaluated 15 tiles needing "TLC." Within days Steve had replaced or fixed all the tiles and provided a clear concise explanation of his work. When the re-inspection happened they wanted one of the caulked tiles replaced. I notified Steve and within an hour he replaced the tile and sent photos. I could't have asked for better customer service. I recommend Certified Roofing, LLC to everyone. Thanks Steve.

Met with Steve from Certified Roofing. He checked my roof, took pictures and explained what would be needed to be done. His crew lead by Steve and Josh were very professional, neat and hard working. The yard was cleaned up each day. The roof looks better than the original. Several of my neighbors voiced their opinion how well the roof looks and plan on getting estimates. Met with Steve of Certified Roofing on Monday. He examined our roof and the area where we had a couple of broken roof tiles. Since our roof is probably 15 years old, he said that he would need to search around to see if he could find roof tiles to match our tiles. He gave us a quote for the repair, which we thought was reasonable and said that they would get back with us to do the repair when they found the appropriate tiles. Wednesday morning they arrived with tiles that matched our Roofing tiles and they completed the repair. Remarkable! They did a fantastic job. They were able to complete the repair in a very short period of time. We are very pleased with their service and no longer have to worry about broken roof tiles that could cause a leaky roof. I had hired a roofing company that I had used before, but thought it was wise to get a second opinion and as soon as I met and talked with Steve, I knew I would be more satisfied with Steve's company....He did not disappoint!!

Excellent work, Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. His workers kept the area clean each day. Pricing was very reasonable and even lowered by $500 because a neighbor decided to sign up at the same time. (Great deal offered by Steve) Only issue I had was they took down, my satellite dish and did not remount it, although Steve offered to pay to have it remounted, I did it myself. Absolutely would recommend Steve and Certified Roofing. :)

we found Certified roofing on home advisor, and we hired them to redo the tile roof completely. we are very satisfied with the result and the work ethic involved. Steve is great to deal with, always available to talk to ,he supervises the work meticulously. his staff works cleanly, at the end of each day the debris are picked up ,and actually some areas would be swept. we would highly recommend this company, the work was done in 7 days, like Steve had anticipated. pictures are taken as they work and Steve can point where they are at. Clean, neat timely work

Steve and his crew showed up right on time for scheduled estimate, despite pouring rain. He provided a written estimate and proposed contract that evening. The work performed was awesome. The rotting patio roof extension, installed by previous owners, is now sound and the top is indistinguishable from the main patio cover. They also inspected our 2 story tile roof and replaced 2 tiles and redid mudcaps. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. They are fast, friendly, reliable and fair.

The company owner arrived to assess the job. He pulled most of the ceramic tiles in the area, conducted a very thorough assessment with pictures showing me the exact damage. He provided two options, one with a limited warranty and one with a 10-year warranty. I took the latter, which was still well below the estimate of another company. Certified Roofing took pictures of the work as it progressed. I highly recommend the company.

After getting other estimates. This was the most reasonable estimate. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. They did what they said they would do. They showed up on the promised date and saw the project through to completion. All in all I am very pleased with this experience.
