AWFUL!!! I would never recommend or refer this company to my worst enemy!!! Let it be known, I have NEVER written a negative review. I am a firm believer of giving credit where credit is due. We live in a world where people are quick to criticize and our situation warrants warning others of this horribly run company. The worst part is we dealt with the owner of the company, Troy. Unfortunately too late, I have read MANY negative reviews on this company and our family found ourselves in the exact same situation as so many of the negative reviews. Mostly involved families not having an initial choice as Centurion Plumbing was assigned by our home warranty company. Please do yourself a favor and read the multiple negative reviews on this company before proceeding with them. I am quite surprised there aren’t more. A terrible way to run a company and I would expect more given that Troy, the owner, knew there were small children in our home and still left us high and dry. No one from their company ever stepped foot in our home. They instead called to inquire the model number and assured us they would order the part because “I’ve been in this business for over 30 years and it’s only one of two things that could be wrong.” Initially, we were reassured by this. I appreciated what seemed like an efficient company...they assured us the part would arrive in 3-5 days. Only to be strung along...for days and days and days. Eventually weeks!! So I notified Troy I was concerned since I have read multiple negative reviews and I explained I felt like I was getting strung along. Immediately he took a defensive stance and said he would have our job reassigned through the warranty company. (How about as an owner of the company you do all that you can to provide excellent customer service and prove all those negative reviews wrong?!?). I promptly expressed my concern of not having the ability time-wise for it to be reassigned. He then proceeded to tell me he was doing the best he could and that I would be the first to know when the part arrived from his wholesaler. ...two days later (now TWO WEEKS since they were assigned our job) I inquire for another update on our part arrival and I get a measly text saying he requested our job be reassigned because “you told me you felt like you were getting the runaround.” **Of note, his latest communication to me said I would be the first to know when the part arrived. I would encourage anyone that is assigned this company to immediately request to be reassigned by your home warranty. Save yourself an immense hassle. My family, with small children, are still without any hot water in the middle of a pandemic where the need to properly disinfect and sanitize is crucial. I am appalled that the business owner of Centurion Plumbing would operate a business like this. Shameful and disheartening.

Hallelujah! After 3 weeks without a working kitchen sink and 4 plumbers finally had this company who fixed the problem within 5 minutes. We have a home warranty and the company kept sending out plumbers that either didn't have the proper equipment(needed a hydrojet) or would lie about what they could do. What a nightmare it's been.

They did what I asked them to do, and I was satisfied. I would use them again in the future.
