I provided my email address for the written estimate. It's been over a week and I have not received the estimate nor received any other type of follow up. I have already had the roof repaired by someone else.

+ -1 moreFirst off I want to say that Agusto was exceptionally nice to make time to come over and inspect and get estimate after that storm. I called on a Friday and he was out that Saturday. He was able to get a crew out to do the work that Wednesday afternoon and they really did a great job, pulled up all the tile around each vent re-installed new fiberglass mesh, cemented and nailed down flashing on each vent. Very happy with the work done for a fair price.
Description of Work: Builder did a very poor job of installing roof vents, flashing flipped up on 1 of these and had water rushing in during storm. Had 16 roof vents re-installed with flashing properly secured.

+ -1 moreI purchased a 20 year old home with the original roof and some patch work here and there. I ended up with leaks and when I submitted a request for a quote Augusto called within 30 minutes. He was here within a few days to give me a quote and he got me on the schedule quickly. The price was absolutely the best price out of 4 quotes. He explained what they would need to do in pretty great detail and was responsive whenever I made a call to ask a question. His team was worked hard and long hours to provide me with a full roof replacement. Every night before they left, they made sure everything was neat and tidy. Very friendly. The one thing that you should remember is the warranty. Augusto and his team are very busy and this is one thing I had to follow up on a couple of times. He had every intention of providing but he was so busy that it got delayed a bit. I would definitely hire him and his crew again on any other home I purchase.
