 + -1 moreThis company's page on Angi.com shows their location as Houston, TX, but they are actually in the Phoenix area, as well. When I texted him about that, he answered immediately to clarify their locations, and then he offered to come out within two hours, which I was thrilled about. Jacob did excellent work replacing the deadbolt on my front door. There were several little challenges he had to solve, but he kept working calmly through whatever he encountered until the job was done. I'm pleased with how this turned out.
Description of Work: I needed to rekey the deadbolt on my front door (one of my extra keys had gone missing), and asked advice on replacing the door handle with one that locked with a key, but I opted to leave it as-is after Jacob pointed out some sensible pros and cons about that.
