He was professional, responsive and punctual. His pricing was excellent and the quality of his work was good.

Everyone was pleasant to deal with, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. Every concern I expressed was addressed during the course of the project. The quality of the work was excellent, with the only exception being the care taken with respect to getting paint elsewhere. There was some splatter onto other surfaces, and sharp lines were not created on window frames. That said, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great job; they worked well with us to choose colors and we went through lots of sample painting of small areas before choosing. Entire process was very professional with a lot of attention to detail; Would have thought it was cheaper given the economy and all but the quality was well worth it

I got estimates from three of the highest rated painters from The List. Despite the fact that his estimate was the HIGHEST of the three, I choose Chris Bridge Painting of Arizona because I felt I was going to get the highest quality job from his firm vs the others I interviewed. I was not disappointed. Chris came out to give me an estimate himself and he offered some things that the other two didn't even mention such as as two coats of paint, a 5 year warrenty from Dunn Edwards, that he can replace the weathered wood trim around my service door, and fill in water-damaged stem wall with Perma Patch 101 (not just paint over it). His crew was professional and curteous, and each day they told me what they were going to do and if I had any questions or comments. They cleaned up well at the conclusion of the three day job and when I called the supervisor with a question after completion, he even offered to come out again if need be. The exterior of my home looks better than new.

From start to finish everything was handled perfectly. Chris came to discuss the work initially. He communicated well, understood our needs, added good suggestions on how to do certain parts of the job, and promptly gave us a bid for the job. The two persons who performed the work were courteous, on time, did a very good job, and I would definitely hire CBP again as a result of this experience. Their price was competitive, which helped as well.

The owner came out to give the estimate and returned immediately after the work wad done to do some touch ups. The workers were very professional and got the work done in a few days. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the owner, he's just a really nice guy. We would absolutely use them in the future.

It went very well. They worked around my schedule and were incredibly responsive to my requests for paint samples and recommendations. They were very thoughtful in performing the job and quickly responded to any questions I had.

My mother is getting ready to sell her house, and it badly needed an exterior paint job. The owner of the company met me at the house and did a complete walk around to discuss what they could and could not do. I was impressed by his knowledge and ability to address each specific area. The wooden beams in an overhead trellis were warped, and he recommended replacing three of them, which his company could, and did, do. After he looked at the house, he provided a detailed quote, specifying the type of paint and warranty available for the paint. My mom (currently not living in the house) asked if we had seen the dent in the wood in the carport, and neither Chris or I remembered it. Without asking him to check on it, he made another trip to my mother's house to see what it was she was talking about. It turned out to be minor, but I was pleasantly surprised that he made the extra effort to take a look at it. That repair was also taken care of in the job. I was told ahead of time that a plastic covering in the back side yard was very brittle, and likely would not survive the painting job. They were careful with its removal, and part of it survived. The painter assigned to the job was careful with the masking. He put on one coat of paint, and the house was in such need of paint that it soaked the paint up, and the color did not match the cool deck around the pool as anticipated. Without any instruction, they applied another coat of paint that was a slightly different color, and did not charge any extra for the two coats of paint. It seems that this company is intent on keeping a superior rating. All their actions point to this. After I thought the painting job was finished, there were some painting materials left laying around, but as it turned out, the job had not gone through its final inspection. In the final inspection, the company decided that the painter had not done a sufficient job in removing the vine tracks on parts of the house. Chris had already explained that they would be hard to remove. Nonetheless, after I was already satisfied with the job, they came back and improved the job to their standards.

I called and an appt was made to come for an estimate. Chris arrived as scheduled and provided an estimate via email the next day. I had several questions/concerns that Chris addressed before the work began. On the morning scheduled, the painters arrived on time. They were extremely courteous and great workers. It only took 2 days to complete the job and it looks great. They even touched up an area in another part of my condo that I had painted previously.

Very good service, responsive and available. They scheduled quickly after estimate. The painter, Tom, was wonderful and very attentive to detail. The paint job looks great. I will be using them again when I do further work.

I called up CBP to paint the stucco on my house. We have a 3500 square foot house and it was done very quickly. I really liked their work.

They were on time and professional. I call them now everytime I need to use someone. The owner comes himself to do the estimate. The people in the office are nice.

Price seems fair, a bit higher than other bids but very professional job.

They were prompt and punctual. They kept to their task while working and cleaned up well once the job was completed.

Best experience I have had in a long time. Ask for Dusty and Wanda to do your painting. They were meticulous. House is the best looking house in the neighborhood. They were punctual, polite, asked lots of questions about details. Also, since I could not be there for the final inspection, I paid the job in full. Later I found a couple of minor things to retouch up. I emailed them and they promptly came back and finished every thing to my satisfaction. They were very thorough in the estimate and found things we needed to repair before painting that the other companies had missed. This may have cost a bit more, but the house is in great shape now.

I don't believe this could have gone better! Chris Bridge, the owner of CBP, came on-site to gather information to provide us a written estimate. He walked the property with me and noted that the stucco patches made by our builder would need more than simply filling cracks. Chris enlisted the assistance of a stucco professional that CBP works with to ensure that the patches were well camouflaged. CBP's bid was in the middle of the 5 that I received. Chris answered all of the many questions that I posed with little delay. CBP painters spent 2 days preparing the house, including patching cracks and masking windows. They sprayed two coats of paint on the house and fence, rolled enamel on the wrought iron and repainted any sections of the house and doors that weren't perfect after their first pass. The house and yard were left as they were found - spotless, but transformed with an expert paint job.

Although the paint on the retaining wall started peeling after 8 months, I put off calling about this & the pigeon problem until months after the end of the actual one-year warranty, procrastinating on what I expected to be an unpleasant confrontation. However, once my HOA started complaining, I finally called. The person in the office was very polite & friendly, & arranged the whole thing. It appears that the retaining wall needed a far thicker coat of waterproofing, before the paint went on, & again, this was probably overlooked since the supervisor had been on vacation on that week. The owner pointed out to me when he came to check out the problems that there may also be more to the problem that is not CBP s fault, regarding a leaching of the salts from the soil through the wall that could have exacerbated this problem & that it might reoccur. However, CBP was wonderful about both problems this time, & fixed both quickly at no additional charge!

They gave me a quote and did everything correct and right. They timed their work with another service provider so that everything went well. All I had to do was go through the house with him once and he did everything.

Very well. I live in Florida, so I had to trust that Chris and Matt would get the job done as they had promised and done well. They started the job on time and finished on time. They suggested that I have the baseboards in the house painted (after they finished with the walls) because they thought the baseboards would look dingy compared with the newly painted walls. They went back and finished in one day. We had some communication problems because I was handling this by phone rather than in person, but they were minor. (I should have been more clear in my directions about doing the baseboards.) The painters were very particular about their work and did a good job.

They did a very fine and clean job. They left no messes at all. I would definitely use them again for future projects. Over all excellent experience. I cannot say enough good things about them. I even refer my family members to them.

I was very happy with their professionalism and hard work. Once they took on the project, they coordinated everything beautifully, working with the dry wall contractor and making sure everything was repaired properly. When they took the time to repaint all the baseboards after the touch up work, it made the whole house look like it had been freshly painted.

Extremely well. Also we had used CBP some eight months earlier to paint the exterior of our former house as we got it ready for sale. They also did a first class job, and were very pleasant to deal with.

CBP's foreman, Matt, was really helpful in our color selection. Painting swatches on the exterior of the house. The previous owners had painted all the stucco surfaces white and we wanted a contrast. Matt had suggestions on the covered entryway and it really turned out beautiful. I had some misgivings on the color of the Arizona room - thought it would be whiter but again, it turned out lovely. The sealing of the deteriorating stucco took another day, the painter swept the walls with a broom before applying the sealer. This necessitated extra charges over the original estimate but felt Mr. Bridge was more than fair. The previous owners had painted the house white and had slopped paint on the brick front and other areas. The painters cleaned up most of that by painting a straight line over them. It is a pleasure to work outside our house now it is so neat. From start to finish they wanted us to be satisfied.

They did a good job of communicating, a good job with the estimate, and a good job with the final product.
