+ -1 moreI found their name and number in the yellow pages and called the day the burn happened. Jerry's wife contacted him by cell phone and she called me back with an expected arrival the same day at 1:00pm. I was impressed with the fast service. Jerry was very pleasant and professional. The repair was done quickly and is now invisible. At first, the patch was evident because the closet ''patch'' was not as faded like the rest of the carpet but Jerry said it would blend quickly and it did.
Description of Work: Jerry removed a 3'' square burn mark from my carpet and replaced the carpet with a patch from an area in the bottom of a closet.
