Carpet Closeouts

Went well other than the carpet installer left Clumps of padding which were not removed from the existing carpet. They use subcontracted installers and the installation was not the best but Ive seen worse. Still good for the price and it's not easy to Install textured carpet.

We just bought the floor, we didn't have it installed by them. We just went to the store, picked it out, talked to the sales guy and ordered it.

We were getting our house ready to list, and needed to replace carpet in a couple of bedrooms. Found Carpet Closeouts and went in late on a weekend. They had a huge selection of some good, reasonably priced neutrals that were perfect for what we needed. Scheduled the install within a couple of days. Installers are independent contractors that Carpet Closeouts uses, but they were great - arrived ahead of schedule, and finished the work fast. Hauled out our old carpet too. Will definitely use Carpet Closeouts for some custom size area rugs we need in our new house.

All was great. Rug was even done ahead of time.

We bought carpet and had it installed by Carpet Closeouts. Overall an excellent experience. Professional, courteous, reasonably priced. I would recommend them without hesitation and would use them again. The people are wonderful at this business, from the salespeople to the installers.

I stopped to look for a remnant for my grandkids' room because I had previously bought a beautiful area rug for my living room there. They were very accommodating but not pushy. I went home and thought about it and returned the next day to purchase the carpet. They made sure I was happy with the carpet and the measurements before I actually paid for the carpet. It turned out as beautiful as the area rug I purchased from them in January.

THEY WERE AT THE STORE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE AS WE HAD TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR SOMEONE TO BE DOWN AND OPEN UP THE BUILDING. WORK COMPLETED ON TIME. GAVE US A GREAT DEAL ON A PRODUCT WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO AFFORD AT ANOTHER LOCATION.

NO ANSWER DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND NO MESSAGE OR VOICE MAIL TO TAKE A MESSAGE TO REQUEST AN ESTIMATE.

HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL PIECES OF CARPETING FROM HERE AND BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH ALL. CAN GET GREAT PRICES ON REMNANTS AND SECONDS, BUT HE WILL ORDER ANY OTHER TYPE YOU WANT. GENERALLY PLEASED WITH INSTALL, ALTHOUGH THEY DIDN'T CLEAN IT UP VERY WELL WHEN DONE. BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS SOME DRIPS OF STUFF (DRYWALL MUD OR SOMETHING) ON THE CONCRETE FLOOR FROM THE REMODEL, THAT I WAS ASSURED THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF - BUT NOW WE CAN FEEL AT LEAST ONE OF THESE THROUGH THE CARPET (SO THEY OBVIOUSLY JUST LEFT THEM WITHOUT SCRAPING FIRST). WOULD CAUTION JUST TO KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE INSTALL.

THE OWNER WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE HAD FRESH STOCK. HE HAD VARIETY.
