The two that came out were Austin and Taylor. Austin seemed to be the lead for the job, he was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained the process, what would happen, what they needed to do, and approximately how long it would take. He proceeded to perform his work and explained things as he went. His counterpart was actually very quiet, almost creepily so. As for the work, I think they did a good job, not sure I didn't expect more, but am satisfied with the work done. The best evidence of work performed was in the return, which I knew from previous changes of air filters was filthy and prompted me to make the call as well. Anyway, that return is almost shiny. With that I am very happy. The fogger doesn't seem to leave a visible trail, and while the scent was obviously initially, it was not long lasting and is all but a memory now and they left 30 minutes ago. I use evap cooling during fall and spring, and I will say the air coming from that too is not offensive, and so I believe something was done, but it would be nice if the scent lasted longer, or if they put some type of scented item behind that would help that nice clean scent stay awhile, let me feel like I got $400.00 worth. As for the price, I saw ads that advertised slightly cheaper rates, off shoot companies, and so I think the price could have been better, but I rationalize that away with the same analogy of difference between Walmart and Target. Sure I will pay $10 or $20 more at Target than Walmart, but the benefit there is that I don't have to go to Walmart and the circus that place is. Another nice difference I enjoy is that products; they are always nicely faced and organized at Target and at that other place the product is lucky to be on a shelf, asking a whole lot for it to be in the right spot, and certainly always disheveled and sloppy looking. So for a few more dollars that God has blessed me with the ability to have an use for this venture, I would pick Sears over the unknowns too.

I paid for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning but I only had 2 rooms done. The workers were here less than an hour. The carpet is still dirty. It wasn't that badly soiled. They didn't scrub or pre-treat dirty areas. They just sprayed some solution and extracted water in a once-over passing of the wand across the carpet. I had to ask them to go back and do some of the dirty areas again. They said it would look clean when it was dry. It doesn't. Other people who've seen it asked when I was having the carpet cleaned, and laughed when I said I already did.

on Sears was on time and very professional. The carpet cleaners were called about an hour before the Air Duct guys were done. It was a very smooth transition. I would say that they are very pricy but you get what you pay for. My allergies are so much better now along with less dust in our house. They guys that do come out are all about upsellling so be aware. They tried to sell me 110 dollar electrostatic washable air filters. I found the same filters online for half the price. I would recommend that you go on to the Sears website to look at pricing. Their prices online are so much better then if you call them directly. I called them directly and when they came out I had them honor some of their online prices.

I chose them for the specific equipment that they use for the air duct cleaning. It is a truck mounted vacuum. The process was very good because of their equipment and how they do the duct cleaning. We were very pleased with what they did.

They were ok. I wouldn't say they were wonderful. They were friendly and pretty efficient but I thought the carpets could have been cleaner.

I got rid of all my carpeting, but I was using them when I had it. They were excellent. They got good equipments and good suction. They do a thorough job. They showed up when they said they were going to.

I have been using them for about 10 years. They do their job and I don't have problems. They just come in and do what they are supposed to do, that's why we use them.

They gave a 4 hour window for arrival time. They came one hour before the designated arrival time. When I wasn't home, they left. They indicated they would be back within the window. They were delayed and didn't make it back. Eventually, a manager allowed free carpet cleaning because a half day's wages had been forfeited to be home to meet Sears and other service companies that day. The carpet cleaning was sufficient but the service was poor. They tried to sell a duct cleaning as well. The estimate was over twice as much ($690 compared to $300) that had been bid from other well-reviewed services on Angie's List.

They did a great job cleaning my carpet. They are very detailed oriented and they take their time when doing the work. I found that they do good follow up work to make sure their customers are completely satisfied and that shows a lot of integrity.

They scheduled an apt. yet did not show. I called & was told that the crew had already gone home & wouldn't be able come back until the following week. I could not wait as we were having a party. The manager called back two weeks later & offered to do a free cleaning.

Poor job, fast, but inefficient. Left more dust than they cleaned out.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR AN EXCELLENT PRICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN. THEY DIDN'T ADD ON ANY EXTRA CHARGES. THEY EVEN PUT ON SCOTCH-GUARD FOR ONLY $10 PER ROOM.

THE CREW ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID AND DID A THOROUGH JOB. ONLY ISSUE IS THAT YOU CAN'T SCHEDULE AHEAD OF TIME. THEY SET A DAY AND THEN CALL THE DAY BEFORE WITH A 2 HOUR WINDOW WHEN THEY WILL ARRIVE. I PREFER TO BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE WHEN I CALL.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. QUALITY OF CLEANING WAS GOOD EXCEPT FOR MASTER BEDROOM WHERE STREAKS WERE LEFT, AS THEY DID NOT OVERLAP WHEN VACUUMING UP THE SOAP. OTHER AREAS WERE CLEANED VERY WELL. MOVED MUCH OF THE FURNITURE AND PUT THE FURNITURE ON BLOCKS WHEN FINISHED. THOUGH A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN SOME CARPET CLEANERS THEY WERE WORTH THE COST.

AMONG 3 CLEANERS CONTACTED, HAD COMPETITIVE PRICE WITH COUPON (SAVED $20) AND BEST EXPLANATIONS OF PROCEDURES & ALTENATIVES. I ALSO LIKED THAT THE SERVICE REP MENTIONED WHERE TO GET A COUPON TO SAVE MONEY. ALSO FELT MORE CONFIDENT SINCE IT'S A SEARS COMPANY. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, EXPLAINED THE ENTIRE PROCESS & EFFICIENT. THIS WAS A HOUSE WITH INDOOR PETS, AND THE CARPETS CAME OUT GREAT. WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY ON MANY OCCASIONS. THEY CALL THE DAY BEFORE TO GIVE A TIME OF ARRIVAL AND ALWAYS SHOW UP PROMPTLY. THEY ARE QUICK AND THOROUGH WITH THEIR WORK, ALWAYS REMOVING ALL CARPET STAINS AND DRYING THE CARPETS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. THEY PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE FOR THE MONEY.

WE WERE CONTACTED BY A SALESMAN AND OFFERED A SPECIAL FOR 79.00. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL. REALLY TOOK TIME TO DO A GOOD JOB. DIDN'T FEEL PRESSURED INTO BUYING ANYTHING OR LIKE THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DID NOT NEED.
