Jeff White is probably the most competent and honest computer specialist that I have met. I don't think that there is anything that he cannot easily address with computers. He made it look so easy and he explained everything in non-technical language. I called him later because I had a computer-related question and he provided a clear concise answer that was correct and easy for me to do. I would recommend Jeff without any reservation. His work is second to none. He is the only computer specialist that I would trust with my computer.

Jeff arrived on time. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He is probably one of the smartest and most competent of all computer technicians. He completed the work in very little time. He explained everything that he was doing in language that the average non-technical person could understand. He stayed until all of my concerns were addressed. He is awesome!!!

Jeff was right on time. He went right to work and identified the problem then spent another 30 minutes or so being sure that other unneeded files and items not necessary were removed. The the PC starts much faster and I can see in Task Manager that the processed are down by about 2/3's from what was running before. I highly recommend Jeff his knowledge and professionalism.
Description of Work: Had root virus which Norton could not remove. Had tried power eraser, system restore to 18 days before and finding the file myself with no luck. It was attacking my video card and causing the PC to crash after 4 to 10 minutes. Jeff spent about a hour fixing and removing other files that were either not needed or malware. (And I am pretty adept at doing my own fixes, this one had me stumped.)

Jeff arrived when he said he would and fixed my problem. And he's not only technically very competent, but also personable.
Description of Work: A new computer blew my home network apart. Hours upon hours of talking to various tech support people got me nowhere. Jeff fixed the problem and made sure all parts of the system were rocking along.

I am very pleased with the work performed for me and I would highly recommend Carefree Connections to anyone needing help with their computer.
Description of Work: Jeff came to my home the same day to fix my computer. After taking a few minutes to diagnose the problem he gave me a very honest opinion that I would be better served to replace it. He asked for no trip charge. I had another nonworking computer that I needed information from the hard drive. Jeff took it home and brought it back to me the next day (Sunday) with everything I needed on disk. He then took the hard drive out for me and took the computer at my request to recycle it.

They charged me $94 to say that your hard drive needed rebooted and it would have been a possible virus that they would have found, so I rebooted the hard drive and reinstalled the software myself. They were on time and he was a nice guy. He was helpful by saving me money since it would have been too long to have them try to find the virus themselves. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. the most honest and knowledgeable computer person I have ever used.
Description of Work: Both computers crashed after my wife was on the internet on both computers. Jeff picked up both computers on a Friday and reloaded windows, saved exsisteing programs and incluided new virus and spyware programs at no additional charge.He then delivered and set up the computers on Monday.

HE WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE. HE DIDN'T HAVE THE CORRECT COLOR OF OUTLET PLATE, SO HE IMMEDIATELY WENT TO THE HARDWARE STORE AND GOT THE COLOR I NEEDED AND REPLACED IT. HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THE WORK WAS PROFESSIONAL.
