Our local knowledge of the Biltmore area, Camelback Corridor, Central Corridor, Central Phoenix, downtown Phoenix, downtown Scottsdale, Arcadia, and Old Town Scottsdale areas, as well as the suburban areas of Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Tempe, Mesa, and Gilbert, comes from decades of living, working, and playing here. I left a review previously stating I had a negative experience with Capstone Realty. To their credit, Evan called me and wanted to explain the challenges they face when processing applications to help me understand their position, and she was also open to constructive criticism on how they can learn from experiences like mine and turn them into growth opportunities. They have proven themselves to be professional, ethical .. and human. I retract my former poor review and extend my respect to their courteous follow through and genuine concern regarding making any improvements to enhance the experience of their current and future clients.

This outfit is horrible, never ever consider them for anything. They evicted us in 115 degrees for a half month rent being late, they never fixed anything in the broken down mess for $2250 a month. These people have a real scam going in this home, they have rented it to several people that they find things to evict them before the lease is up. The owners live in San Diego and they charge all this money for deposits and find things to evict people before the lease is up. We were half a month late because of the virus and they still evicted us. Run don't walk away from this mess. They get Andrew Hull to evict people and lie in court. What a shame!

I was not happy with their service because they did not look after things the way they should have. They replaced an appliance with a used one costing me more than I should have had to pay. They charged me for pesticide spraying when the HOA covered that and I shouldn't have had to pay that. They deposited almost $1300 in my account that belonged to another person. As an honest person I returned the funds. There are number of other things besides what I mentioned that I was not happy with.

Description of Work: They are now our property manager. I have 7 houses in the Phoenix area and they manage the properties. They are great, so much better than the management we used before!

I had given up hope in finding a decent property manager until I found Ed. I am so impressed with his team, the professionalism and communication have made this process of changing managers nice. They do not need to be managed like my previous managers. The know what needs to be done, do it, and make sure I know that it is done. I finally feel that my properties are being watched over.
Description of Work: I hired Ed and his team to manage two rental properties that I own in the Phoenix area.
