This is the third time we have used Camelback Moving. They are always professional, punctual, courteous and helpful. Our belongings have always been wrapped/packed well. They always do the job as quickly as possible while maintaining their commitment to safety and protection of our items. Their prices are also reasonable and fair.

Surpassed my expectations! The entire process, start to finish, was extremely professional and enjoyable. The movers were punctual, gregarious, in constant communication as to where to place everything and very efficient with there time management. I would highly recommend Camelback Moving and would not hesitate to use their services again or refer them to any my friends!

The four man crew was exceptional, they were conscientious, professional, and helpful. Nothing was lost or damaged. We felt that they took a personal interest in us and it showed in their work.

Moving is never fun, but Camelback Moving made it go as smoothly as it could be. They checked in 2 days before the move to confirm date, time and articles to be moved. The men showed up on time, were efficient, fast and courteous. I hope there are no more moves in the near future, but when there is Camelback Moving will be one of our first calls.

The crew was professional. They arrived on time, protected all furniture and doorways, placed all items where designated and assembled those that were disassembled. There was no damage. A few days later, I was contacted by a Camelback representative to get feedback on the move. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

This move was my first time using a moving company and I wasn't exactly sure what to expect but I was extremely impressed with the two gentlemen who did the move. They were very hospitable and put my mind at ease and for the first time I was not stressed at all when moving. I highly recommend them for any size move!

The project was executed in an efficient and careful manner. The crew used my blankets and towels to protect materials going to storage. I could not have asked for a smoother process. Hourly rates but the crew was high energy, no loafing at all. No extra charges versus what I was quoted. Highly recommend.

I have never been compelled to write a review, but I must tell you that my experience with Camelback Moving has surpassed every expectation that I had in hiring a moving company. My first person I met was Stephanie, she helped me place my order. She asked so many questions about my moving needs, that I really felt a personal concern on her part that I receive exactly what I needed to facilitate my move! She really took the time to put my order together, asked questions about the size of the house I was moving out of, the different kinds of furniture I had, art work I owned as well as the physical set up of the house I was moving out of. How many square feet, how many rooms, helping to estimate how many boxes and to pick the right size truck I would need to move. She also helped me to figure how many movers I would need. She asked all the same questions about the new place that I was moving into. I left that day with a feeling that I had chosen the right company for my move. Thank you, Stephanie! On to the day of my move, wow what a stressful day that can be, people you don’t know moving your prized possessions! Once again Camelback Moving surpassed all my expectations! I was down sizing into a smaller place, so I only need two movers for my job. About 45 minutes before my movers were scheduled to arrive I received a call from Chad and Alphonso letting me know that they were on there way and that they would arrive on time. They arrived, surveyed my possession’s, and like true logistical professionals formulated a plan. Let me tell you these guys worked and worked hard! They took the time to make sure that everything made it on to the truck with care. I truly felt that they moved my possessions as if they were moving their own belongings! And wow did these guys work! I noticed immediately that these guys were all about working smart and efficiently. While at the same time the speed that they filled the truck was impressive. At my new place it was more of the same. They surveyed the layout, formulated a plan and went to work. Smart, efficient, fast yet at the same time carful with each piece they touched. They took the time to ask where I wanted each piece to go. And have I mentioned how hard these guys worked? I was amazed at the time it took them to unload the truck. When they were done I looked over everything and every single item that I owned made the move undamaged and intact! Before the guys left, they double checked with me to see if I needed anything else before they left. What a pleasure it was to have these gentlemen move my belonging! Thank you so much Chad and Alfonso! Even after the move Camelback Moving surpassed my expectations. I received follow up calls from them checking with me on how I felt the move went. Making sure that I was happy with my move and basically making sure that I had a great experience with their Company! The president of the company even reached out to me with an email making sure that my experience, with his company, was a positive one. Very well. NO breakagew or missing items

Camelback Moving is, without a doubt, one of the best moving companies around. They are professional, courteous, and meticulous in handling a move. I did a lot of research when picking a mover and Camelback Moving was consistently at the top of the reviews and now I totally understand why. They were FANTASTIC and absolutely deserve the many 5 star ratings that they receive. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a move, big or small. I would absolutely use them again if another move happens for me. They use great care and concern for your belongings and getting them from point A to point B. Their professionalism is greatly appreciated.

Three friendly and efficient men. Did a great job of protecting furniture and the TVs. Their good work is appreciated.

The return move to Phoenix went badly. The person who was packing the truck wasn't feeling well and got worse. The loading went slowly. They then found a replacement who arrived in about an hour. This person pushed an old metal trunk over the hardwood floors creating scratches in a bedroom in the house in Phoenix. They insisted that I pay for all the time they used except for the hour we waited for a replacement. They had no interest in addressing the scratches (I got most of them out or at least not that noticeable). It took longer, even not counting the hour off while nothing was done, to move back to Phoenix. They had the right size truck and it only took one trip so it should have cost less in my estimation. The trips were to identical locations about 15 months apart.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Camelback Moving. The day started as a nightmare scenario as I had selected a different moving company originally. They were fired 5 minutes after showing up as it was not what I had ordered and their employees were rude. I frantically called around trying to get someone to move me, preferably that same day and Camelback Moving came through! Wow, what a difference between the two companies. Camelback Movers is a first class operation. Had a 3 man team and they were polite, professional and very hard working. They took care of my possessions with nothing broken, dented or scratched. I felt awful for them as it was so hot and humid but they kept at it and had everything moved in no time at all. I was a little worried by what my final bill would be, being that I didn't really pay a lot of attention when they told me upfront would the rates were, I was just so frantic trying to get movers that very same day, on a Saturday. My bill ended up being hundreds of dollars less than I had anticipated! I would not hesitate for a moment to hire this company again. Total A++++

They were professional and punctual, very clean and no damage on either move. There was a glass top that was cracked, and without any complaint from me, they had it fixed and installed very promptly. Larry, the owner, contacted me personally and everyone at Camelback knew my name and the details of my move. I can not recommend them highly enough- they exemplify what customer service should mean, and at a very reasonable price. I will use them again whether it is a local move or an interstate move..

The representative explained the price cut points for movers and suggested another firm that specialized in small batch moving. I was very impressed by his willingness to explain things to me and refer me to another vendor.

They did a great job. All the people we had contact with, both over the phone and in person, were polite, helpful and courteous.

The guys were great. Easy to work with and did a great job. They even helped assemble new furniture I had delivered to the new house. That saved me a lot of time and was very much appreciated. I'd certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

The movers we all very friendly. It felt like Friends or Family were there to move us not strangers.
