concrete repair
+ -1 moreAfter we had agreed on a price and I received a contract by fax, I went by with the contract to finalize it and he told me that he did not want to do the job because he had bigger jobs to do! Mine was too small. I had already scheduled equipment to do the pad preparation. I had to postpone the project and search for another contractor.
Description of Work: The bid was for constructing a concrete footing and stem wall and 857' of concrete flooring. Also pouring three concrete slabs totaling 382 square feet.
