Description of Work: We changed out our old single pane windows for double pane argon gas filled windows. Everything went very well. It was a total of about $4,000 for 6 large windows and 3 smaller windows. The windows have really made a difference.

Description of Work: Just a very poor experience all around. Service techs rude and not truthful. Job was not complely finished and followup appointments made and techs never showed. Would really suggest that anyone doing business with Bunkers either rethink about doing business with them or get services done prior to paying them as they are not responsive or caring about the customer.

This is the 2nd time we have done work for the Memeber. We have previously done work for his house a few months back; both times we were informed that he was satisfied with our work. The Member has spoken with both the owners and the sales rep of Bunker's Glass. At no time did he ever inform us that he was dissatisfied with the work performed by Bunker's Glass. There was never a complaint about the service techs being rude or not truthful. We have been to every appointment on time; the last appointment was scheduled on October 4th between 8-9 am. Our techs were there on time and the Member was not there. At that time our techs called the Member and left a message to reschedule. This job is not complete as of yet due to a supplier issue, which was scheduled to be completed on October 4th that the Member was not present for. Bunker's Glass installed an entry door for the Member in which threshold we feel is needed, provided and installed by Bunker's Glass at no charge. The owners of Bunker's Glass were there at the time of installation, and no complaints were ever made. The Member expressed to the owner that he was very happy with how everything turned out. We are very sorry that the Member feels this was now, and we are doing our best to fix the supplier issue. Thank You Bunker's Glass

Very friendly crew. They took all my insurance info and confirmed everything by phone within minutes. The tech arrived the next day exactly at 1pm of a 1-3pm window. He immediately noticed that my windshield had shading that was superior to the replacement he brought. He went back to the shop and returned with the correct windshield within 20 minutes and completed the job soon after.
Description of Work: Replaced front windshield.

THEY RETURNED PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY. THEY DEALT WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY WITH 1 PHONE CALL. THEY WERE ON TIME TO DO THE REPAIRS AND WORKED QUICKLY. THEY CAME TO MY WORK, WHICH MADE IT HASSLE FREE FOR ME!
Description of Work: WE HAVE HAD THE CRACKED WINDSHIELDS ON TWO CARS REPLACED.
