I've been a customer for two years and for a year and half the service was pretty good. Since then they have gone down considerable. I would not recommend them since we have many other choices. The service includes sweeping the walls and floor. I have camera's that show it never gets done. I asked for a vacuum service because of the dirt on the bottom and the picture of the jacuzzi was the same day after he vacuumed. I showed the tech the video of them in & out in 4 min. and was told management would contact me. (never heard from them) I was due for a filter cleaning. Then that same tech that cleaned the filter did a sloppy/careless job after I told him about the poor workmanship of the other tech. He didn?t bother to check his own work, left the air bleed valve open so when the pool turned on it flooded the equipment area (glad I was home and only ran for a short time opened, could have been way worse). Also, he did not tighten the drain valve and it leaked. see pictures

I had a large under ground pool that turned extremely green. They cleared it up in just a matter of a few days. This pool has about 30000 to 32000 gallons of water so they did an excellent job getting it sparkling blue.

Our pool had not been clean and crystal clear for even a whole week in over 18 months. After troubleshooting, repairs, and a restart of the pool, its been clean and crystal clear for two weeks and counting. Now we all love going out in our backyard to swim and hang around the pool again.
