Description of Work: They came out to give me a competitive bid for residential service, made the appointment on time.....I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN............he didn't like the fact that he was one of 4 companies bidding for the job.......NOT GOOD

+ -1 moreFrom estimate to finish all Bond employees were professional and always on time. Everything was exactly as described and within the time allotted. They replaced the control panel and the control unit and installed the new monitoring system. Went over operation with us and verified operation.
Description of Work: We needed to replace our wired alarm and wanted to have one with cellular communication/monitoring. We also decided to use a local monitoring company even though it was slightly more expensive. Two Bonds technicians replaced the old system with the new one and verified operation.

Description of Work: I had just moved into a new house that was a foreclosure and had no alarm code. It is a Honeywell system so I called Bond's Alarm to see if someone could reset the alarm. A representative came to my house, reset our alarm, and gave us an overview of how to use it at NO charge.

+ -1 moreIt was a very positive experience, and they did a good job. The installation went well. The guy’s explanation and the information that he left with me was very clear. We have been able to use its features by just using the instructions he gave us and with the interactions that we have had with the office. The cost was less than I expected because they were able to reuse part of our existing system. I have recommended them to other people and would use them in the future.
Description of Work: We used Bond's Alarm Co to put in a monitored security system for us.

+ -1 moreAfter having my house broken into, I contacted Bonds the next morning. Clyde was at my house to do an assessment and give an estimate, within 2 hours. He was extremely professional and provided me with several options. After choosing the system I wanted to go with, he scheduled the installation within 48 hours. The installation was completely smooth and professional. I really can't say enough about the professionalism and customer service, that I have received from Bonds.
Description of Work: Installed a burglar alarm at my home, including wireless contacts on all windows, motion detectors, and two-way radio communications.

+ -1 moreVery impressive performance and knowledge by tech Mike Hayes. He hit the deck running (at $80/hr and $37.50 trip charge) and never slowed down. He got the alarm working and gave me a good education on the system.
Description of Work: Reviewed an existing owner-owned, Ademco hard-wired alarm system, rewired 2 contacts, changed the battery, changed the codes, and educated owner in operation. This system was abandoned by the original monitoring company (bankruptcy). It was hard to find a company that would service it without signing a long term contract but since they are smaller they did it.
