I requested a site visit for an initial quote and Jeff arrived on time and we discussed our expectations. Jeff provided a tentative estimate, along with samples I and my wife had requested from their website. We negotiated and tentatively agreed to move forward with the project. We then arranged for my wife and I to visit their showroom on a Saturday. Jeff accommodated us very well as we had two young grandchildren with us and we all finalized the agreement with a down payment. This was uncomfortable for us as we have been burned in the past with other local contractors but we felt comfortable with Jeff enough to do so once again. My wife and I do not text with our phones and so my wife and I did have some arranging on the communication method with Jeff, who then gave us a start date of July 15th, which was around 2 weeks later. Jeff had provided somewhat of a vague 2-2.5 weeks for the start date at the time of the contract signing but I'm pretty sure that's atypical with contracting work since not all jobs, including ours, ended precisely when planned. Baki and Miguel arrived at our site on July 15th at least 1/2 hour early (start time first day was 7:30 am) and arrived each work day when promised the day before. Although we had in our bid an additional cost of furniture moving, they were very accommodating with our personal belongings that also had to be moved from room to room in staging the work. No items were broken or damaged in the moving, although I did assist with the moving. Their care and concern for our belongings was nice to see for a change from atypical contractors. They were organized, efficient and worked very quickly in spite of some unforeseen items (dishwasher plumbing problem, which he fixed) and within 3 1/2 days they were completed. My wife had been in the sub-contracting business (roofing, journeymen, carpentry, etc) for many years and is quite familiar with the unique flavors of contracting and, we both, were very, very pleased not only with the outcome of the work but their work ethic/processes as well. We WILL hire these contractors again. Yes, I probably could have saved $500-$750 by going somewhere else but they were fair, honest, timely with outstanding quality work. Therefore, the price was a very, very good value.

the cuts and technique was outstanding. the price was competitive. not the lowest but not the highest. the job quality was a score of 10.

They did a great job, began the work immediately and displayed good work ethic and craftsmanship in their final product. Great professionalism and very personable with your needs. A+
