Bircher Exterminating Svc Inc

I have been using Bircher for 4 years now and they are fantastic. I can't say enough about the crew that comes out to spray. They are all polite, understanding, and build a relationship with you. They show concern and ask questions if there are any trouble areas, etc.. They come quarterly, and do a great job. When I first started with the company, I used to have the interior and exterior done for the same price. Now I've had two dogs for 2 years now, and I haven't had the interior sprayed (with the exception of the garages). I don't see insects in the house except the occasional fly or moth which get in when I let the dogs in from outside. It's not that they can't come in the house to spray when you have pets, but you have to make sure they don't go near the spray until it dries (about an hour or two), but I still don't want them licking the floor. I haven't had reason to have them come back in to spray the interior, but if I do, they will do it gladly. I am more than happy with the company/service and would recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

As usual, fantastic. I feel confident each time they spray that I am getting the coverage I am paying for. If I see any issues between the quarterly spraying, they take the time to put in the extra care needed on the appointment. I used to have the interior and exterior sprayed, but now I have 2 dogs, so I have not had it done in the past 2 years. I always said if I see anything inside, I would ask them to come in and spray, but luckily enough, I have not had any issues in the interior of the house, so right now, they only spray the exterior. I have been using Bircher Exterminating for just about 3 years now. They have always been helpful and professional. My previous contact (exterminator) David was fantastic, but they had a parting of ways. My new contact Ted is also fantastic. They listen to the client and respond to their needs. Ted gives me updates as to if he sees anything I need to pay attention to, and I always feel confident in the job he does. I would recommend Bircher to everyone.
