What a great experience. I was in search of a very intricate and unique design for my shutters using a product called Tableaux that looks like wrought iron. Other vendors didn't have the contact or experience with the supplier, and were unable to accommodate my design/request. Biltmore not only had the relationship with Tableaux, but exceeded my expectations from a customer service, quality and cost perspective. The owner, Dana, took the time to meet with me, explain their process and offer me a tour of their manufacturing facilities/process. Tammy, the design coordinator was quick with turnaround, response times and scheduling. Every member of their staff that I met through the entire process - were top notch and had longevity with the company. They knew their stuff and exceeded my expectations in every facet of this experience. The final product is a work of art - unlike anything you've seen before and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Would HIGHLY recommend this company if you want quality shutters with a custom look. You will not be disappointed.
