We bought a new refrigerator from Best Home Appliances in April. Their new showroom at 2615 East Germann Road in Chandler is beautiful and we received excellent service from our salesperson, Phil Dexler.

Alan at Best Home Appliances was so helpful! I starting looking for appliances in July 2014 and the right place to buy them. I wanted very high-end specific products and while there are other places in town that I could have gotten the same product at a lower cost I chose Best Home Appliances because of their customer service. Alan listened to what I wanted, was patient in explaining advantages and disadvantages of each product. It was a very long sales process and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I bought everything on Dec 31 2014 and they installed at the end of March 2015. The installation guys were also extremely knowledgeable and very patient with my contractor who hadn't prepared the gas line correctly for the stove. I would highly recommend Best Home Appliances and specifically Alan. I still have one more item to add to the kitchen and will be going back to see Alan to purchase it when I'm ready.

I had shopped the big box stores and ended up at Best Home on the advice of a friend. I am SO glad I went with Best Home as they really back up the product. I had a small issue with the appliance and they were out the next day.

The appliances are phenomenal. They were very nice people and they were not pushy at all. They are a little slow at doing some things, so you have to keep on them. You have to keep reminding them of the dates you need the stuff. They got us everything. The delivery company was a not as good though, they damaged a stove. It was not the warehouse's problem, but they got me another one. They are good and honest. They are a low key company and their prices were very fair.

MICHAEL WAS INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL THE COOKTOP PRODUCTS. HE TOOK TIME TO SHOW ME EACH PRODUCT AND DISCUSS THE BENEFITS AND DRAWBACKS. HE RECOMMENDED THAT I VISIT A LOCAL INTERWEST DISTRIBUTING TO SEE A PROFESSIONAL DEMONSTRATION OF THE PRODUCT THAT I LIKED. ORDERING WAS FAST, EASY and ON TIME. THE 3RD PARTY WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WAS A PERFECTIONIST WHO ENLARGED MY GRANITE COUNTER TOP FROM 30'' TO 36'' TO ACCOMMODATE THE COOKTOP. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS AMAZINGLY SIMPLE. THIS IS THE WAY RETAIL SALES AND CONSUMER SERVICE SHOULD BE PERFORMED!
