BEST GLASS

Horrible and disrespectful. I live only about a mile from their shop and when I scheduled the repair, I was told they would need to do a measurement first. Measurement was scheduled for 8am on Monday, 5/18/2015 @ 8am. I was told since I'm close to their shop, they would send tech out first thing in the morning so I could get to work. By 8:30 am no one is there. I called the shop and was told the appt time was between 8 and 9 am and that the tech would be there soon. By 9:15 am, no one was there, so I called again. I was transferred to someone else who said, "There was a mix up. The tech went out on a job and then was going to come to you. He can be there by noon." No apology and I burned vacation time from work to stay later waiting for a tech that never arrived. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Some of the worst service I've ever had. This should have been resolved when I called the first time to inquire at 8:30 a.m. Use a company that is more respectful of your time.

We had purchased a server/buffet and decided to get clear 1/4and quot; glass to protect it since it is used as an expresso/coffee bar. Talked with Mary who gave us the information and cost for pick-up and delivery. She said the thickness was correct for our use on the server. We did pick it up this AM, to save delivery fees which were an additional $100. The glass top was 1/4and quot; as we requested and had beautifully smoothed edges so it will be safe for the grandkids. Size was just as we requested and little clear disc spacers were also included in the price. We are pleased with this purchase.

I don't know how much I spent, it must be under $5000 probably. I also didn't compare the prices with anyone else at that time. The quality is pretty good although I wasn't happy with the job done with the mirror. They were pretty responsive. I have used them before and most of the times I am happy with them. When I was not hundred percent happy, they had to come back and do some things, so they did come back and did do the job. So overall probably I would use them again. I would probably use their services again in the future.

JOB WAS DONE IN A VERY PROMPT, NEAT, PROFESSIONAL MANNER. JOB WAS DONE WELL. WE WERE PLEASED OVERALL.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING THE MIRRORS AND THE MIRRORS HAVE HELD UP OVER TIME JUST FINE. WE DID NOT EXTENSIVELY RESEARCH PRICE, SO THEIR COULD BE OTHER DEALS OUT THERE. HOWEVER, THESE ARE NICE THICK, BEAUTIFULLY BEVELED MIRRORS.
