I called and spoke with Charlie over the phone and explained my problem with my mower. He asked a few questions and said that he had a good idea what was causing the problem. I brought it to the shop at 35 ave and cactus and the tech said they would call me as soon as it was diagnosed. The next day I was called with an estimate of 55.00. I said go ahead, they called later that day saying it was ready to pick up. The mower worked perfectly. I would use Besco again in the future.

I called to get info on getting my lawnmower tuned up. I told them the band names, engine size, and the fact that it was self-propelled. They said it was $75. I said okay. When the technician called to schedule the pick-up he said I was way out of his area and that because it was self-propelled it would be $85. I told him that wasn't was I was quoted. He said they made a mistake and that he was doing me a favor anyway because I wasn't in his area. I told him my address had not changed. He got increasingly ruder (I think he wanted me to cancel) so I told him that I don't do business with people who treat me that way. He hung up on me.

THEY WERE GOOD IN PROVIDING FEEDBACK THAT THE WORK WOULD BE EXPENSIVE, SO THEY OFFERED A CHEAPER AND USABLE ALTERNATIVE.
