I've been working with Melinda, and she is extremely knowledegable. She has helped me in prior years with plant and trees. she always offers sound advise, and has come out several times just to talk about my options. She is the reason I keep going back; her, and the quality of plants and customer service.

We like those guys a lot. We thought the price was fair and they were very responsive.

I went in looking for a few plants, each for a different place, and so I had different questions for each one. Normally, nursery guys are good for about one question. Pretty soon after that they lose patience. But the man who helped me stayed focused as I changed from one question to another. And he even suggested how I could improve my irrigation settings.

Melinda was excellent to work with right from the beginning. She was very helpful since I had a lot of questions on the desert environment since I moved here from Michigan. Her crew supervisor Dennis was also excellent. They are very knowledgeable and professional. The project went from concept to completion very smoothly, and that included unexpected issues with my sprinklers due to age and breakage. I really appreciated the attention to detail on the planting with using proper soil and fertilizer around the new plants and knowing the proper watering schedule for them!! This project included tear out of existing landscaping, contouring of the land, all new sprinkler controller and lines, new plants and all new granite. I would definately recommend them and use them again.

This is an old-line family-owned Phoenix business. It can be pricey, but given a choice I will pay a little more to support a good local business instead of shopping in giant, faceless warehouse stores. Berridge personnel can advise accurately about growing plants in the low desert. Their tree expert will tell you what s wrong with an ailing tree if you bring in a photo or a damaged twig, and he will advise you on what (if anything) can be done. The store also has gardening classes and other activities.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, OVERALL. ATTENTIVE, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES STAFF. EXCELLENT VARIETY OF HEALTHY PLANTS.
