Description of Work: Shower mixing valve was bad and needed replaced. Could not shut off water to bathroom without shutting of water to entire house. Called for an emergency/ urgent service to fix the problem. Came out the same day within the time window they quoted. They called when the technician was on their way to the house, which was a nice touch. The technician quickly diagnosed and fixed the bad mixing valve. Overall, very satisfied.

Description of Work: This was a major disappointment. There is little question that this Company does not have a structured charge for Service Calls. I discovered this when their Representative told me I could work that out with the Tech. They, do have a 'rate book' for most jobs, but it is high, and higher. On the plus side the Tech, Dennis and his helper knew their trade, but our Bill, had I run the course, would have been almost $2,000.

Description of Work: They replaced my old, rusted, leaking water heater. The plumber did an excellent job and gave me three choices for replacement: 1-expensive 2-less expensive and 3-least expensive. I chose the less expensive. I didn't think of it at the time because I was just glad somebody could come out on a Sunday, but as I look back I wonder if I could have just gotten a new water heater without it being in a "package" as choices 1, 2, and 3.

Description of Work: Replaced the main water valve to my condo unit. The called to see if it was okay to come earlier than scheduled. The plumber was very professional. Due to the location of the valve and that he had to do it with water still draining from the pipe, even with the water to the entire building being shut off there was still water draining from the pipes in the building.
