Description of Work: Purchased their coupon special that inspects the sewer lunes with a camera. |The tech was prompt and courteous. Showed me what he was doing and even allowed me to look over his shoulder at the camera screen. Luckily I had no problems! This is a great peace of mind for 75 bucks. I will definitely use them for future plumbing service.

Description of Work: After seeing type of system in my house technician said they do not service this system and said to contact Angies List for refund. Arrived promptly on time for appointment, very polite and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing before purchasing my order for "Reverse-Osmosis tune up. I wanted to speak with them to be sure this would cover what I have. They assured me it would, so I placed the order. Yesterday I called to make an appointment and spoke with Kim, who said, this did NOT cover what I had, but the plumber would give me an estimate in case we want them to do the job, so they sent a plumber out. The plumber could not accomplish the job and said, I would have to call the company who I bought the system from. It seems the company placed certain covers on the unit that they, and they alone have the tools to take off, not anyone else. Description of Work: The plumber arrived exactly on schedule, and was very clean and professional. Did the RO tune-up, cleaned up afterwards, and walked me through ongoing maintenance (which was very helpful). No complaints at all!

He even explained to me what he was doing and what the maintenance schedules on our water appliances should be (turns out we need to change our reverse osmosis filter more often than every three years). Overall, a great company to hire.

Description of Work: Replaced main water shutoff valve to home. A day later I had to call them back out to replace a hose bib attached to the main shutoff they replaced. It was leaking after their work was completed. I believe I was unfairly billed for that additional work that was actually caused by their initial work.

Description of Work: Kitchen sink faucet was leaking. The gentleman installed a part that he thought would last and stop the leak. It worked until a few days ago when I turned on the faucet and it shot right out of the sink. I just bought a new faucet($200.00). Wish the plumber's work would have lasted a lot longer.
