Arrived on time. Knew what he was doing. Concencious about doing it right, This was a difficult install because the new sink had to be fitted into the old space in the countertop. He worked on it until he got it to fit- had to trim about 1/2 inch to make room. Cleaned everything up. Only negative was the $125. hour for labor for 4.5 hours. PS: Four plumbers tried to help with a new sink, but none could find the right size. The old sink was 39" x 22", no longer made by the usual manufactures. Unless we could find the correct size, we would have to replace our countertops---a $10k proposition. We googled the size and "kitchen sink" and ONE came up from a company in Australia! We bought that one after they helped us find a US distributor for their product.

Fast response. Very friendly and courteous. Excellent work done quickly and at a very good price.

They were professional and knew what they were talking about. They were fine. They were a little pricey. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I have used Beall's AC and Plumbing for years and had always been very happy with their work and level of professionalism. That was until July of 2009 when a service advisor by the name of Bob was sent out to help me with an AC issue I was having due to the incompetence of a roofing company that had messed up my units while putting a roof on my home. They had covered both of the elbows to my AC units with tar. The fumes that were created due to the tar was being sucked inside my home and the smell was unbearable. When Bob came out to assist, he took one look at the units and said the he won't touch the job, it was too messy and too much work he handed me a can of white grease and told me to have the guys who did the mess clean it up and preceded to hand me a bill for $125.00 for doing nothing. After he left I called the company and filed a complaint and said I had been very happy with their work up until that moment and the only way I would use them again was if Bob was never sent out again. Over the years I have probably used them for 20 maybe 30 different jobs, (plumbing and AC/heating work)..... thousand and thousands of dollars including a new AC unit a few years ago. Yesterday (07/26/2010) I called Beall's because one of my AC units wasn't working properly. They said they would send out Bob the next morning and I reminded them that I won't use Bob and to please send someone else, and they said they would have someone call me in the morning to let me know what time they would be coming. By 10:30 the next morning I still hadn't heard from anyone, so I called them. This time I was told a new story...... apparently Bob is the only AC guy they had, which was strange..... that wasn't what I was told yesterday. I have now wasted my entire morning waiting around for someone to show up, apparently no one from Beall's had the courtesy to call me and tell me the news. I told them I will be calling another company to do the work and they didn't really seem to care. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years..... maybe more, but I guess customer service isn't a concern of theirs. I even gave them a second opportunity to make things right and they even screwed that up.

I had a leak in one of my upstairs bathroom that was dripping downstairs. All I needed help with was identify what part of which bathroom was leaking. The gentleman arrived right on time and got right to work. Admittedly, he was a little goofy but was really polite and helpful. He showed me what was leaking (the shower pan) and gave me advice on the repair. He said to me, "No charge today. Good luck with your repair!" I was shocked! I figured they'd hit me up for SOMETHING! I highly recommend this company!

Made an appointment for between 9 AM and 11 am. Stayed home from work for the appointment. No show. Got a call from one of their plumbers at 12:30 pm with the excuse that he just got the job. Never got a call from the office advising of the delay.

Bob, the plumber, was experienced, competent, pleasant, and friendly. He called before arriving and arrived on time (very important to me). PRICES: They charge a minimum of $75. This goes toward the first 1/2 hour. $25 for each 15 minutes after that. PARTS: I was charged $18 for a copper flex fitting that is $11 at Ace Hardware, and $3 for a copper elbow which is 49 cents at Ace Hardware. This may be the norm for the industry. I don't know if it is. So I will give them the benefit of the doubt and give them an A in the price category (since we are grading on a curve, when it comes to price).

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME, POLITE, REASONABLY PRICED. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HELPFUL, AND WILLING TO EXPLAIN.

THE PLUMBER THE COMPANY SENT OUT WAS ON TIME. I FEEL THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, CONSIDERING THE TIME SPENT. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
