The sales lady brought a sample board. I thought I liked one of the colors but wasn't sure. The sales lady told me to hurry because she didn't have all day. She said that she couldn't leave the board with me, so I ok'd what looked like a warm brown velvet fabric. They bring the furniture back and I was horrified with the color, and so was my husband. I called the company and they said they would do it over but that I would have to pay to have it redone. I had another company come to look at redoing the job and he said the nap was going in all different directions which would make the color appear odd. I had a different company look at it and they agreed and said that this is call "railroading" in the industry. (buying less fabric than is needed and piecing it together) I sent them a letter asking for the work to be re done correctly with us providing the fabric, I have purchased 33 yards of fabric and they never responding.
Description of Work: reupholster my living room furniture, couch, swivel rocker, chair & ottoman.

THEY CAME ON TIME, OFFERED GOOD IDEAS, AND DELIVERED THEM BACK TO ME ON TIME. JOB WELL DONE. THE SALES LADY WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
Description of Work: HOUSECALL TO LOOK AT OLD VINYL-UPHOLSTERED CHAIRS, TOOK THEM AWAY AND RECOVERED WITH NEW VINYL. THEN DELIVERED THEM BACK.
