The company would not call until a detail message was sent to an email address outside of Angies list. Apparently they are not willing to work for the homeowner or go the extra mile.

They are so professional and always willing to help.

This company was recommended by our realtor for a home inspection. The inspector was friendly and pointed out many things. Unfortunately, many things went unnoticed and were not pointed out which we are now dealing with.

I will be looking to hire them soon based upon our mutual availability.

It went very well. Mr. Baca made the trip to Prescott, which is considerably out of his way, in as quick a timeframe as possible considering his schedule. He evaluated the area, took pictures and made notes, and issued his report within a week of being notified that we would not be getting any further information from the builder. His report was comprehensive and very professional. We were very happy. There were occasional delays in his responses (and sometimes no response) to email due to a very busy schedule, and we were billed for the entire service well before it was completed but otherwise we were very happy with the resulting report, which was completed within the timeframe it was needed. It addressed the water issue in a professional manner and provided a list of recommended fixes, which we are sure will work. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Baca. We highly recommend and consider his professionalism to be well worth whatever minor delays we experienced.

Our experience with BBaca Engineering LLC has been top notch. I would not hesitate in recommending their services to anyone and we will continue to use their company for our multiple projects in the works.

They have done several homes for our business, Koresconi LLC. They have also helped us get pre-exisitng Manufactured homes FHA approved with their work. It is always smooth, quick and affordable. No reason to go anywhere else.

It went well. There was some work that was required before the permit would be issued and it was exactly what BBaca Engineering indicated it would be.
