Description of Work: We remodeled the 30-year-old pool and spa in March 2017. The remodel involved repairs, an upgrade from plaster to Pebble Sheen, new edge tiles, and we added hand rails. We also updated the mechanical system (new pump and new heater) and replaced the lights.

Description of Work: Pooldrained, acid washed and refilled.

Description of Work: They installed a heat pump and controls for my pool. They also took care of having electrical run from the opposite side of the house.

Description of Work: Barefoot Pools put Pebbletech and new tile in our swimming pool. We dealt directly with the owner, Jose. He made it his mission to make sure we were satisfied, He took us to other pools he did to show us how the different colors looked. I give him my highest recommendation.

Description of Work: All related to pool: Repaired rust, installed umbrella sleeve, replaced missing and broken tiles, acid wash, system cleaning and check, repaired leaking pipe and broken wire conduit, full instruction on how to use pool (I never owned one before). Pool startup. They are great.

Description of Work: If memory serves me right, I had a flyer for Barefoot Pool Services on my door as they work in my area quite often (Ahwatukee). Their flyer seemed friendly and professional so I took a chance. They were excellent and the service guy that came out, Chad, was great. Very professional, timely service, friendly and easy going. I got a great deal on the work they did, in fact I was expecting much worse as far as fees but it was completely reasonable and I feel I got more service out of my $50. I had no safety concerns with him or his other service guy Jose, and I am generally cautious or paranoid about it due to previous bad experiences with a landscaping company, so I'm weary about servicemen. I had a few seals that needed replacing and a general check up after my pool vaccuum sucked up the garden hose when I accidentally left it in there. Chad explained everything in a simple, easy to understand manner. He went above and beyond and basically taught me Pool 101 while he was there. He told me everything that he assessed, and he was excellent when reviewing what needed fixing, what to expect in the future as far as what needs maintenance, etc. He told me pricing options and advised against the higher priced fixes that weren't necessary. No high pressure at all, very easy going, and had a second guy come out within the hour to work on some of the parts he didn't have with him. No waiting for it which was great. He told me about their other maintenance services, pool cleaning and all that. He accepted my answer of "well let me think about it", no high pressure sales at all, which was nice. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, but did make his professional recommendations. I also got a follow up call to make sure the pool was still working well and when I didn't get a chance to respond, he called again, but all friendly messages, no harassment. I will go with Barefool Pools again when it comes time for summer cleaning and all that. I have had no problems with the work they did on the pool and its working great. I may even get some restorative work done on it, which I would have them do too. Prices were all reasonable, no hidden fees, etc. Overall it was a great experience and I have nothing negative to say about this company or its employees.

Description of Work: Barefoot Pools has serviced my pool weekly for the last month. I am also having them put in a new pool heater.

Description of Work: I used Barefoot pools to install a new energy efficient pool pump. I purchased a Pentair Intelliflo pool pump through Barefoot Pools and had them install the pump.

Description of Work: We used 1 Barefoot Pools about a week ago. The aerators had broken, so they had to dig down and cover all that and repair the 2-inch pipe.
