 + -1 moreWhen I made the appointment with Tom, he was to arrive between 1:00 and 1:30 PM. At five minutes til 1:00 PM he called to say he was on his way from Anthem which I knew put him about 15 minutes from our home. Upon his arrival, Tom was very friendly even though my dogs were barking at him. He said he was a dog person and didn't mind. My dogs stopped barking as soon as I opened the door and Tom greeted them. He was doing a termite inspection and looked at every nook and cranny of our home, inside and out.
