carpet installation
 + -1 moreThey obviously used sub contractors for installation. They were one hour late and comprised of 3 people. They knew they were going to have move furniture, yet we ended up moving it ourselves. Of the 3, two were obviously boyfriend/girlfriend and proceeded to have an emotional, loud, aggressive argument in our front yard just minutes after arriving. She left the two men here and never returned. The 2 men left, worked all day, but did a very sub par job leaving obvious, fraying seams throughout the house. When I called Baker Brothers, they claimed the job was completed and closed. Due to the poor installation, I tried to have another company come and repair what they had done, but because it was berber carpet, they were unable to repair it properly. Now at each and every doorway, I have fraying carpet along with horrible seams and no offer for repair, replacement, or anything from Baker Brothers. Actually, I would just like them to acknowledge the wrong doing.
Description of Work: We purchased carpeting for 5 rooms in our home, all the same carpet, berber, fairly high quality. They came out and measured the rooms to be carpeted and gave a thorough estimate. They called us 3 days later to schedule installation for 12 days later.
