The salesman showed us the products we were interested in, but he said the sale would end within a few days, so we did not have enough time to make a decision to buy the products. He did not show us the cheaper carpeting, which would have served our needs better, until I pointed it out to him. He said he had forgotten about the product even though it was displayed right next to the more expensive product.

WE CHOSE BAKER BROS. BECAUSE OF THEIR "REPUTATION". WE KNEW WE WOULD BE PAYING MORE USING THEIR SERVICES THAN OTHERS IN THE MARKET. HOWEVER, WE WANTED QUALITY SERVICE AND MATERIALS. WE WERE DISAPPOINTED WITH SEVERAL THINGS: THE PEOPLE DOING THE ACTUAL INSTALLING LEFT SEVERAL TILES LOOSE AND CEMENT ALONG THE BASEBOARDS. THEY HAD TO COME BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THINGS RIGHT. THE SALES REP FROM THE MAIN STORE TOOK A LONG TIME IN RETURNING OUR CALLS AND SETTLING OUR COMPLAINTS. IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE EXTRA COST.

THEY WERE ABLE TO MEASURE THE ROOMS IN THE EVENING. THEY PROVIDED ADVICE ON COLOR AND QUALITY OF CARPETING. THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED PROMPTLY, WERE COURTEOUS, AND COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY,BUT EFFICIENTLY.

THE INSTALLERS WERE SOME OF THE BEST I HAVE HAD WORKING IN MY HOME. THEY WERE HARD WORKING, COURTEOUS AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE CAUTIOUS OF THE WALLS AND BASEBOARDS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO MY FRIENDS.
