Description of Work: I called about whole-house humidifier and made an appointment to investigate what was necessary. The scheduler was very professional and friendly; she was able to make an appointment convenient for me. She later learned that Pipe Doctor doesn't install the system I wanted -- what most impressed me is that she called back to advise of that AND she provided contact information for someone who does. Wow! (She even noted that the other company is listed on Angie's List.) Great customer service even though Pipe Doctor wasn't able to install the system.
