Description of Work: I called him because our toilet was loose, and since the house is 50 years old, I figured he would have to replace the toilet flange because it had rusted through. However, when he came he said it just needed shimming and caulking! Now the toilet is firmly on the floor, (no seatbelt needed!) and while he could have taken the toilet off, and done an expensive repair, he got the problem fixed for $40.

Description of Work: went fantastic! Was worried how he would get under the sink enough to do the work but he did. Didn't even skip a beat and was very courteous and neat. Couldn't even tell he was here except for my new sink which I love.

Description of Work: They called me back in a timely manner to set an appointment. All charges discussed up fron't. They helped me make the right decisions without costing me more money. They were very concerned about my satisfaction and the quality of the work. The money they made was third on the list. The work that was done even corrected problems from previous repairs, their work was excellent and plumber was extremely nice and efficient.
