Mike arrived early with a call to make sure it was ok. He was professional and the work was completed quickly. I will definitely use this company again in the near future.

It went very well. Mike was great, very personable and knowledgeable. Appointment was scheduled for 12:30 to 1 PM and he arrived at 12:30 on-the-dot (after a long drive). Their prices are very reasonable (especially for AL members); we will definitely use them again. It was also impressive that one of the owners called shortly after the plumber left our house to make sure we were satisfied with the service.

Mike showed up on time and was a real pleasure to work with. I had an unexpected meeting to go to on the other side of town and Mike went ahead and completed the job. When I got home everything was done and you couldn't tell anyone had been there. Being in real estate, I refer out many businesses on a weekly basis. I am very happy to say I have added the Plumbing Doctor to my personal referral list and would have no problem referring them to the 100's of people on my personal list. Overall our experience was very good to excellent. Mike was almost one hour late arriving on-site due to a truck breakdown, but we appreciated being well informed by his office. I had previously cleared out the bathroom and underneath so he could get going right away; he was able to complete the job within our original schedule, so no harm done. Unfortunately, the new drain leaked slightly where the drain stopper lever enters the drain pipe ... I added some teflon tape and tightened the fitting which stopped the leak rather than having to call him back out. A minor disappointment, but then Mike made up for that by jumping through hoops to go to Home Depot for a couple of fittings needed to adapt the new water supply hoses to the existing hoses, at no additional cost. Mike did a good job cleaning everything up. We are very happy with our new faucet.

I called in response to a special advertised through Angie's List and my call was answered quickly by one of the owners who was friendly and courteous. The appointment was set up for the next day and Chris arrived exactly on time. His equipment and presentation was very professional. As he was replacing the bibb he informed me of the process he was going through and why. I was pleased at the amount of information he gave me about the whole process and related situations. He was very experienced and knowledgeable. Top notch service.

They were very professional over the phone. The appointment was made for the day after I called. They gave me an arrival time of 12:00 to 12:30, and Mike Delaney, the service rep, arrived right at noon. After looking at the leak, he stated that he might be able to repair the faucet, instead of replacing. Mike was able to repair the exisitng faucet instead of doing the replacement, saving us $250! I don't think I've EVER had a plumber save me money before! The individuals at Pipe Doctor Plumbing are professional and fair, definitely putting the customer's needs first. As family owned and operated, you can tell they take pride in their work, and treating their customers fairly. I will deifitely use them in the future for any plumbing issues we have -

They came out and gave us a free estimate. We then went with there bid because the other bids were outrageous. They came in and did the plumbing part and let us cut the holes in the sheet rock and gave us pointers on how to fix the problem as inexpensive as possible.

Foremost, we’re extremely pleased with Pipe Doctor as they were very professional & courteous from beginning to end. Owners Randi & Chris were extremely helpful during our initial conversations to assist me on my decision to repair or replace my existing bathroom faucets – (ultimately decided to replace). Plumber Mike promptly arrived and removed/replaced 3 bathroom faucets – a job made difficult due stripped Allen screws and years of hard-water corrosion. Ultimately, Mike got them done without any sink or countertop damage. Very impressed with Pipe Doctors work and customer service to where I’d gladly use them again for my plumbing needs as well as recommend them to others.

The plumber was very timely and installed my new garbage disposal. He was very nice and cleaned up the mess. Also gave me tips on keeping the disposal maintained. I would definietly use this company again.

Guys were prompt and efficient. They explained things clearly - there were concerns that one of my faucets - a mini widespread design - would not go into my (small) pedestal vanity I owned. But they kept after it until they finally got it installed.

Pipe Doctor's service was fast and friendly. Mike made suggestions that improved the appearance of my sink and explained an "air switch" for the garbage disposer, which he happened to have in the van. Then he made the time to install the switch on the same visit. The next time I need plumbing work, I'll be calling Plumbing Doctor.

Very responsive and professional. Gave an estimate that was in line with what I expected and gave me a number to call to have existing lines, water, gas, electricity, phone located for the excavator. There was no charge for this service. Arrived when scheduled and worked diligently until completed and all work was done correctly. Very nice people by the way.

When I called I was able to get an appointment the same day. Randy was on time, very professional and very honest, which is very important to me. I never felt like he was trying to rip me off, which has been my experience in the past.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal that offered a kitchen faucet installation for $49. Another plumbing company gave me an estimate of $150, so this was a no-brainer. I scheduled my appointment on MLK day at 2:00 pm, and the company actually gave me a 2 pm appointment instead of a window such as between 2:00-6:00. That was a huge plus. The plumber arrived about 10 minutes early, and I explained that there was a very minor leak that another plumbing company failed to diagnose. In a couple seconds, the employee noticed cracks in the garbage disposal. Since my household doesn't really use it at all, we asked to have a basket strainer to replace the garbage disposal. The employee went to Home Depot to pick up the supplies and got right to work. In about an hour, the kitchen faucet was installed and the garbage disposal was replaced. Plumber was very professional and courteous. Quality of work also appeared to be great! I was charged $102 for 1/2 hour labor and parts for the strainer and another piece to make it compatible with the dishwasher. Another $50 for the faucet installation bringing my total to $150. Haven't noticed any water dripping on my cabinet bottom. The experience with Pipe Doctor was very good, and I would undoubtedly hire them again for any plumbing needs in the future.

The installation went smooth. Christopher, my service technician was prompt in his arrival and installed my new RO system just as professional as they did the first time. The work area was keep neat and clean and when the job was complete the work area was wiped and left as it was found. As with all the work I have had done by The Pipe Doctor (water heater, water softener) I received a call from Randi to make sure that I was 100% happy with their service. Thank you Pipe Doctor for your superior service!

Chris Rusnell (owner) came and inspected my property (I had a gas leak "under" a large patio" and he explained my options and what I would need to do to prior to him doing the work. He made a detailed list of parts and labor and after I had some trenching done he returned with another plumber (his son) and they did the work. The actual work required more than actual labor he thought but Chris was cheerful and professional and the original estimate was exactly what I paid. I asked him about some other work I needed done and he researched the needed parts and his assistant (Natalie) called me back a few days later with several options. Super group and very good to work with I would highly recommend.

I have already schedule another visit with them.

He was very prompt. I felt very comfortable with this company and would call again for other plumbing issues. I would recommend this company for all plumbing repairs.

They were by far the least expensive. They were clean, prompt and timely. I would recommend them.

Chris Rusnell is the most knowledgeable plumber I've ever used. He was on time, polite, and got right to work. He knows plumbing as well as water chemistry. He was willing to help over the phone initially at no charge. His rates are very reasonable.
