We made an AM appointment and were told that we would be contacted when the technician was on his way. Shortly after 8AM on the day of our appointment, the phone rang and the technician said, "I'll be there in about 30 minutes." By 9AM the technician, Martin, was on site and got right to exterior the job at hand. Martin had to get down into a plumber's trench that we'd previously excavated. And it rained last night. So it was wet, and more than a little muddy down there under the house, but he got right in there and did the job and never mentioned being wet, cold, or dirty - even when we offered him a cup of hot coffee. After the exterior job was completed, Martin mounted faucets in two bathrooms. So.... One Stop Plumbing: - Arrived on time. - Got to the job at hand. - Knew what they were doing. - Were professionals

Scheduling was fine. The technician was great but he didn’t do a very good job and didn’t install the faucet aerators correctly. I had to have someone come out to redo it.

Our water heater went out and they came out on a weekend to fix it. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. I'd give him an A+ if I could!

It's through Angie's List. They are great. I am very happy with them. They are very customer service oriented and very responsive. I am a layman and sometimes I don’t understand plumbing. I took pictures with my cellphone and emailed it to them, so that they could know what my problem was and what I was dealing with. That's the kind of customer service they provide. They are very good to work with. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

He did a great job and corrected some pre-existing plumbing. He also fixed my outside faucet for now charge. I would use them again.

They were professional when I called to clarify what they would do. I never did set up the appointment. Ultimately, I decided not to replace the faucet and requested a refund of the deal. The company was fine from what I could tell with my contact with them.

They were great! They did everything in two separate trips, but it was done promptly. We were pleased. The technician was informative. There were minor additional fees for parts, but we were satisfied with thecost.

They were out within a few days of me purchasing the deal. Two technicians installed a kitchen faucet for me. They were very personable. The Kohler faucet came all together, the technician broke the cartridge in half and I explained it was all one piece. He told me I would have to get a new cartridge and I said we could put my old one back in. I talked to Kohler and they sent me a new cartridge within a few days and I went to replace it and found the hot water valve was snapped internally. I was a disappointed and had to pay to get the work redone.

They were really good to work with. They showed up on time for the appointment. They were able to get the job done even though it went late into the evening. They were professional and easy to work with. They cleaned up well after themselves.

Good! Chris is very friendly and capable. On time and he even had to come back and replace the Costco unit I bought because of a defect in the unit NOT in Chris's install. Thinking of using him again for a quality system.

We've been without a garbage disposal since we moved into this house, and finally decided to have one installed, so we bought the deal. During the first visit, he let us know that he would not be able to install the garbage disposal because our wiring was outdated, and he told us exactly what to tell an electrician. He didn't charge us for the visit and we had an electrician out the next week. On the second visit, he came in, installed the garbage disposal, cleaned up, and had the job complete in under 30 minutes. SUPER nice guy. We would DEFINITELY use them again.

The provider arrived on time and went right to it and installed my unit. The technician was very professional and seemed to know his stuff as he gave me a few tips as to how best to maintain the system. I was very happy with the job.

I had them install a garbage disposal. He used the amount of time I purchased efficiently. He also cleaned out the sink trap and looked at another drain with the extra time allotted for the service. He installed the garbage disposal very quickly and did a great job. He arrived on time and was clean and neat in appearance. He had all the right tools for the job. The technician was very cheerful and pleasant to work with. They were very responsive and easy schedule. It was the best plumbing job I have ever had.

He showed up and I didn't think he was very friendly. He installed the garbage disposal and then I asked him about the broken sink stopper. He said that would take a half hour to fix and gave me a price. It only took him 10 minutes to fix but he still charged me for the whole 30 minutes. He didn't turn the garbage disposal on for me to hear it. After he left I turned it on and it made a clunky noise like it wasn't attached correctly. That night I did a load of dishes and it smelled rotten. So the next day I called and the lady said she would have the tech call me right back. I never received a call back.

Water heater was delivered in record time. Installer was on time and very professional.
