AZs Best Pipe Doctor Plumbing LLC

We used a coupon to give this plumbing company a try. They called right away to schedule and were able to mesh our busy schedule for that week. The plumber arrived on time, was courteous, did his job well and quickly. He even took the time to take a peek at another plumbing issue we plan to have repaired. We are calling to schedule them to come a repair the second item. So we are definitely using them again!

It was excellent. They had precise work and was pleasant to work with. They were dependable and did everything they said they were going to do. They had no additional charges.

I took advantage of the plumbing special for faucet replacement. I wanted a Delta "Touch" Installed. The faucet was installed perfectly with extreme effort to details. Since this new faucet was not a simple install he took the time to answer my questions and concerns about other plumbing questions I had about our new house. I was a little worried I would be charged extra. That wasn't the case. My wife is very happy with her new touch faucet and I will gladly recommend and use Pipe Doctor for all of our plumbing.

Everything went extremely well. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. Completed the job promptly and everything is working just fine.

I purchased the Big Deal for the spigot replacement and two aerators for $49. Christopher arrived right on time and was professional and courteous. He quickly made the repairs and took photos of another faucet I am having trouble with to locate a cartridge for it and checked the hose between my disposal and dishwasher to see why I was having a drainage problem. He fixed that quickly and was on his way. I will hire them again.

Last month, upon reading numerous positive reviews for PIPE DOCTOR PLUMBING, I had the pleasure of speaking with Randi Rusnell, who thankfully set my appointment somewhat beyond their company's normal hours of operation (to help accommodate my work schedule). Since the needed repairs were not of immediate urgency, I didn't mind waiting a few days for the work to be done. Chris Rusnell called to confirm his arrival, and appeared shortly thereafter; with a very friendly and cheerful demeanor. In an astonishingly quick and efficient manner, Chris completed the initial job of repairing a toilet flush valve (which I had previously attempted to fix on my own). Some of the replacement parts had already been purchased, but he also spotted a worn seal that I had overlooked (and he provided at minimal cost). From start to finish, I was thoroughly astounded to observe how Chris tackled this job with the greatest of ease (whereas I had previously struggled in my own failed amateur attempt), and I clearly witnessed that he deserves the title of "Master Plumber". Perhaps inconsequential to the task at hand, I believe it's worth mentioning that Chris was always very engaging in humorous, and intellectually stimulating conversation. Next, he made quick work of a leaky faucet in the kitchen... again I was impressed, having tried but was unable to fix it myself. For future plumbing needs, I'll spare myself the fruitless effort and frustration by simply calling the Pipe Doctor!! Very professional and courteous service. Thank you!!

Wow! Excellent service, up front cost and no hidden or additional fees. The price quoted was the price I paid. the trch did a great job, gave me advice on keeping the drains clean as well. Its nice to deal with a family owned business, which not only provides quality service but personal customer service as well.

Chris arrived a little early. He did a great job and worked very quickly installing the kitchen faucet and plumbing. He was also helpful to me in planning ahead for future plumbing work needed at my house. I plan to use Pipe Doctors again soon. Good work good value.

Excellent service. Chris arrived early for his appointment (which was fine) and got right to work. The replacement toilet had been delivered earlier that day and Chris did a thorough and professional job, including some unexpected trimming to get the toilet to fit under a counter. The work was performed in about one hour and at a price hundreds below competing estimates.

After finding this company on Angie's List, I scheduled the appointment with a friendly person who told me it would save money if I purchased the new disposal myself...in a big box store... as they don't mark up the price, and yet it will save time or me money. He arrived about 30 minutes EARLY... and was neat, clean and friendly. He immediately got to the job, and installed the new disposal, and removed the old broken one for us. This was my first experience using Angie's List... and because of my most wonderful experience provided by the Pipe Doctor's Plumbing company, I will use this plumber and Angie's List forever.

I am so glad I found these guys! Another great local family owned business! I called them when my renter had an issue with the shower temperature getting too hot. I got one bid prior to them for 2x as much money and decided to go for a second bid when I hired Pipe Doctor for half the price. Not that price is the only important thing when hiring a contractor, but I felt they were very honest and had great customer service. The lady Randi, I talked to knew exactly what I was describing over the phone and I didn't feel like just a number. They were very fair and happy to be helpful even with another issue we had with the kitchen sink, without charging extra. They came out quickly and had great communication along the way. Being a business owner myself, I think they have a great business model and really stand out when it comes to great overall service. We need more service companies like this one. You won't be disappointed or feel ripped off if you call them.

There was quite a wait for an appointment but it was not an urgent issue. Chris was on time, polite, neat and clean. He got right to work on the front hose bibb next to the water shut-off for the entire home and replaced the mineral encrusted, leaking 23-yr-old valve with a quarter turn valve that was much easier to turn. He went to the back of the home where we have two valves, one for hard and one for soft water, and replaced both of them, turned the water back on and tested the pressure on all three hose bibbs. All worked well and there were no leaks.Chris was very engaging and we had a nice conversation as he worked. He's originally from a part of the country where plumbers were required to perform years of work with master plumbers before getting fully licensed (unlike AZ...), which I appreciated.I was completely satisfied and would recommend Pipe Doctor without hesitation.

I think they did a good job. They did what they were supposed to do and did it competently, and they did the job when they said they were going to do it. I think their pricing was fair.

Although I had an initial problem with the work performed, the owners rectified the problem immediately and to my satisfaction.

They did a great job and I got a special price.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Their price is very reasonable. I really think they’re a good company and I’ll continue to use them!

Pipe Doctor called to confirm our appointment and to provide me with the name of the person who would be coming to my home (I like that!) Mike Delaney came out right on time and did a fast and excellent job. No more water leaking. Mike also provided me with tips on water usage and was very professional. This company employs Master Plummers and it shows. I will use Pipe Doctors for all my plumbing needs, based on this experience.

I had a huge water bill and needed to determine if I had water leaks. The Pipe Doctor referred me to a leak detection company who did find some leaks and then The Pipe Doctor fixed them. I was impressed that the owner answered the phone after hours on his cell. They were prompt and efficient.

I was notified by my tenant that the garbage disposal had quit working. I checked on Angie's list and took advantage of $69 installation offered by Pipe Doctor. I contacted the company owner to verify that they serviced Buckeye and told her I was going to place an order for a Waste King disposal on Amazon and expected it would arrive in 3 days. She offered a price on her Insinkerator brand but I decided to stay with the Waste King because of the 10-year in house warranty and the ratings in Consumer Reports magazine. She said she understood and would be happy to arrange for the installation. We tentatively scheduled the appointment for installation. I asked her to contact my tenant directly. Technician did the installation and so far things work fine. I definitely appreciate that Pipe Doctor allowed me to select the product I preferred and they installed it. I will definitely consider them for any future plumbing issues.

Christopher arrived at the exact time and quickly and expertly repaired the leaking hose faucet. He also checked out out hard water issue and recommended we invest in a water softener. No hard sell, just the facts. We appreciated the heads up and may get one in the future.

It went very well. Chris, the owner, arrived on time for our appointment. He was very personable and pleasant. He replaced our kitchen faucet ( I had purchased it prior to our appointment) and also replaced our garbage disposal (also purchased prior to appt). The plumbing works underneath the sink needed to be replaced also due to age and corrosion. Chris was well prepared and had the disposal and faucet replaced and cleaned up his work area. He also assisted me in carrying out the old faucet and disposal to dispose of them. I was very pleased with his professionalism and work ethic!
